Beautiful grounds, facility and main receptionist, I forget his name, a young man extremely courteous, patient and efficient

The entrance is very obscure. We arrived at night and was traveling to this area for the very first time. No signs and a very dimly lit entrance. The person we called for directions was not the most patient either.

The breakfast is very good, my children enjoyed the pool a lot and the gardens to walk in them during mornings are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and are very committed in providing a very good experience to us.

The bathroom have a smell not good.

The facility used to be private property that was later turned in to a residential hotel. It was pleasant, but if you go with a kid there isn't much to do. Golf is ok just to have fun with your friends, do not expect any holes to drive or long range. Overall it was ok

Beautifully maintained, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, outstanding meals (highly recommend the Salmon and Filet) superb staff (Homero at reception and Luis our server went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay). The swimming pool and golf course were quite enjoyable when we weren’t out exploring Morelos. This hidden gem of a resort offered the perfect blend of elegance with affordability.

We didn’t have more time to stay longer!

The variation of the food and drinks could be a bit better. For a location and the level of customers I would expect an offer for vine much more than only 2 different brands, willing to pay a 1000 MxP or more per bottle. In terms of food I would expect at least one special dish per day.

Lovely new hotel. Excellent room and lots to do within the hotel grounds.

Restaurant was a bit chaos even though there were hardly any guests.
