Staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Area piscina, con la presenza di varie vasche, di cui una riservata agli adulti. Posizione dell Hotel in una zona tranquilla, lontano dalla confusione del centro. Parcheggio gratuito adiacente all Hotel. Camera di adeguate dimensioni, e in ottime condizioni. Presenza di vari supermarket nelle vicinanze.
L Hotel purtroppo, pur essendo vicino alle dune in linea d'aria, necessita di un tragitto lungo per poter arrivare al mare, seguendo le strade (circa 3 Km). Servizio a buffet a nostro avviso troppo vario, e quindi a fine servizio con la possibilità che molte cose vengano sprecate (servizio colazione + cena). Poca proposta di piatti tipici canari, offerta più incentrata sui gusti dei clienti del nord Europa. Pulizia della camera poteva essere svolta meglio.

The grounds was nice along with the pool area.the apartments was decent just a little small.

The food was not good at all I couldn't believe was they was offering literally 5 dishes to choose from for dinner out of them 5 was dishes was chips and something else for kids everyday do left 3 to choose from one night they had a beef stew and pasta and sauce I mean what are you meant to have with the beef stew (pasta and sauce 🙄) no potatoes no rice literally it's like this is what we have in the fridge today so it will have to do.
Food was like warm and sometimes cold yes you got your usual salads
Fried eggs in the morning was cold not kept on a hot plate I could go on but just very disappointed so if you want to stay here I would not recommend full board but then you have the problem of going out to find somewhere to eat and nothing is close by it is very remote (I knew this before booking as I rented a car)

The property is nice. The adult pool is small but refreshing. The jacuzzi is very small but adequate for two adults.
Our room had a broken shower, broken toilet, and one dresser drawer that wouldn’t stay closed. The adult only area was not enforced so there were regularly kids splashing and horsing around.

The resort was very well kept, excellent cleanliness everywhere, beautiful landscaping and gardens, clean common areas like gym, poolside etc. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent too. There was a separate adults only pool area with a jacuzzi, but we didn't get to try it as we were with family
I didn't like that they charged €5 per pool towel and there was only one iron in the whole resort, which happened to be ant infested. You had to pay for bottled water as well, as the tap water there isn't best for drinking.

Great stay. Lovely clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great pool area.
Hotel is a little bit remove however we hired bikes so this was not a problem at all.
Only thing I would say requires improvement is the restaurant. In comparison with the rest of the hotel the restaurant itself is a little tired and the food is very average.

Breakfast staff were exceptional. Only problem was the coffee machine. Broke down and long queues. I suggest another coffee machine
The footpaths to supermarket and walking in the area was unkempt and dangerous. Also didn’t like all the cats roaming around.

The place itself is super. Breakfast is good, lot of variety, so one can modify every breakfast very easily.
There is a swimming pool, as well.
People at the reception were very helpful and kind, thank you for all your advice :-)
The only thing of some concern is the location: about 35 mins to the nearest "beach" which is just an open sea, with sand and a lighthouse. The scenery is beautiful, though, just a longer walk to get there.
And lot of wind, all the time.
The sand dunes nearby are famous and really amazing.
However, if you want to be really close to the sea/beach (but further from the dunes), Playa de Ingles would be a better choice.
It was windy all the time, but this is just a general statement.
The place, as such, is beuatiful.

We really enjoyed the place, modern rooms, good facilities and good value. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The food quality is not great. Good diversity but the quality was mediocre.
However if you plan to eat out then nothing to complain.

Location was good. Easy to walk to Meloneras or Playa Del Ingles. The hotel was also quiet, which was really nice. There were always sunbeds available. Pool staff friendly.
Breakfast was too one sided. Also the dinner food could be better quality - we ate in other places a lot as we did not fancy the food at the hotel.

Main swimming pool, quiet, peaceful atmosphere, clean, nice staff. Very comfy bedroom bed (but not a great pullout, was a bit tight with two 10yo kids).
Most of breakfast (except fruit & fried eggs which were good), coffee was particularly bad.
Location requires a car, far enough from everything. Sauna was not on, jacuzzi was cold.

we had our own apartment, nice staff, swimming pool and good food
it was amazing chill!!! (on December were there just few people so I don’t know how it’s looks like in season)

The pool area was lovely. The apartments modern and clean.
The room was too hot at night. I could only get air conditioner to go as low as 19°, so just switched it off.
Location wasn't great, I prefer to be nearer shops and bars.
Food was a bit of a disappointment, maybe not height if season, so not much choice for main meals. There was enough tho, always something for us.
