just needed a mop and a pan and brush so I could clean the floor

I can't praise the staff highly enough. I had made a mistake with my booking and they leant over backwards to provide me with something more suitable, even though that increased their workload. They were welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The site was rural and peaceful.

The moment we got to the site the staff was very friendly and helpful, The site was very clean and had every thing you need for a stay. The shower rooms was very clean and had every thing you need plus BBQ if you wanted to use them. We will visit again

the cabin option was great, it was a good size for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable.

The price was very high for what you got, however comparing to Cardiff on that night it was much cheaper to stay here. The showers were terrible. You have to press them on every 5 seconds as they don’t stay on.

The family room in the hut was cozy and warm. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The camp site was clean and peaceful. The shower and toilet facilities were clean with hot water. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast for us each morning. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The shepherd's hut was gorgeous. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a very long time! Actually had 7 ish hours unbroken sleep - which is unheard of!

Staff were really helpful. We were allowed to stay longer in the lodge before departure. Could walk to town.

Shame the games room advertised wasn't open even though restrictions have been relaxed. Could do with a few new bits of crockery and utensils.

not very well equipped cooking facilities were only good enough to use in good weather nowhere to use if weather was bad no toaster very small kettle the kids park was old and run down with poor upkeep

Me & my sister stayed in the glamping pods for the night , we went to a wedding in rosedew farm, wish we could of stayed longer, a beautiful place all round, looking forward to booking next year for a longer stay.

I loved it all,and wouldn't change anything. Looking forward to see more of the place.

We stayed in a shepherds, lovely quirk accommodation with pretty touches - lights, throw, cushions etc. Great breakfast at the on site cafe and obviously try to do lots for the families that stay. Staff friendly and helpful with info and advice about the local area.

Lovely little Shepherds Hut with plenty of facilities. Lots for the children to do with a beach and town centre not too far away. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

In hindsight (we didn’t ask) we could have done with a broom or dust pan and brush to help keep the hut clean as we went during muddy season.

Really good location for what we wanted and the shepherds huts were brilliant! Brilliant cafe/restaurant on site too!

Comfy bed. Lovely to wake up and see squirrels roaming around. Very quiet. Nice place to stay, had we known we were staying in a shepherds hut we would have planned for it. It just said family room on booking. But a pleasant place.

No cups fo tea and coffee, just plastic mugs. No cutlery. Plates were sticky and tacky. Found a very large bra under the bed. Nothing was explained to us, not even the code to get back on the site. Luckily, a couple gave us the code. Showers not great. But clean and tidy. Thought it was expensive for time if season and accommodation.

Everything! Had such a good time! We will definitely be back
