We had a great stay. Everything was clean, there were extra towels, and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive throughout the weekend and even dropped off a case of waters. Everything was just a short drive away so great location too.

Fatima was absolutely amazing! The house was stunning and clean too! There were plenty of towels and blankets. It is a short walk to the train station and we used that the whole time we were there. Fatima even left us a case of water which was super sweet! We really enjoyed our stay in Boston and will definitely come back to this home. You can tell they take pride in it!

This property was amazing! It felt spacious, clean, and had lots to offer. I stayed here with friends and felt that it made our whole trip perfect. The location was only around 12-18 minutes from popular locations in Boston. I would love to stay here again, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Our family (4 parents + 4 adult children) enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of really nice touches. Everything was provided which we really appreciated. The host was wonderful and responsive. Having only 2 bathrooms and one of them opening into the kitchen/living area is a challenge but we managed it. The other issues are steep and multiple staircases to reach 2 of the bedrooms which may be a problem for some. The street parking was very tight and our car was hit by an Amazon driver while parked. The neighborhood did not seem too safe so we drove everywhere.

Excellent stay - highly recommend!
Myself and 7 friends stayed here. From start to finish the booking process to check in was seamless with prompt responses to all contact made by the host. The location was within a 2 minute walk of a train station to take you most places of Boston. The house itself was spotless and extremely modern. The size of the house was also fantastic for a large group. The host was extremely helpful. To summarise this is a fantastic rental, superb location and would highly recommend. If u ever return to boston I would choose this property again.

Visiting Boston
An excellent experience with plenty of space including outside. The kitchen had everything we needed including a plentiful supply of k cups. Cheerful bright colors made it especially welcoming. The owner was especially helpful on several occasions. Thank you.
Street parking was always available.
Excessive traffic can make for a long journey to downtown Boston although in distance terms it is not very far.
Be aware that senior guests may find the steep stairs a challenge.

Spacious Setup
We were in town for a reunion. The space was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds. Very clean with plenty of amenities. The 2 patios were a nice feature.

The property was very clean and comfortable for our family group of 10. Just had to time our showers with only 2 bathrooms. Communication was great. Very quick responses. The area was just okay. We ran into one group having a fight on our way back one night.

Great place to stay in Dorchester!
We had a great stay at Maria and Fatima’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious — the perfect size for our group of 7 that was visiting family nearby (we even had an extra bedroom). Fatima was very attentive (she checked in to ask if everything was okay) and very speedy in responding to our questions. Within minutes of when we asked if there was more bottled water, a large number of bottles and coffee pods showed up on our doorstep! The neighborhood is residential but stores and restaurants are just a short walk or drive away. I would recommend this as a great, reasonably priced place to stay if you’re coming to Boston.

Great Space for a Big Group
Our family of 12 enjoyed this space while visiting Boston. The house has great bedroom setups to accommodate large groups. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the hosts could not have been better. The location is outside the city but the subway stop is a short walk to/from, just be prepared for hills coming back. The area is experiencing gentrification, however, we did not feel unsafe walking to and from the subway, but we did not walk anywhere else in Dorchester. Would definitely recommend the house and hosts to others.

Place was great. Plenty of space, clean, everything we would need was available. We ubered into center city because we did not feel comfortable walking in the area to the closest subway.

Absolutely Wonderful Hosts and Home
My group was staying a few nights exploring Boston and some surrounding areas. This home was perfect for our group size, very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, short cab rides into the city. Most importantly the hosts were amazing. Very responsive, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely be looking to book this home. I 100% recommend to anyone.

Overall setup is very good. Clean rooms, sheets. The only two negative points are - only 2 barrooms for a 5 bedroom house….that’s inconvenient. And the neighbourhood is not great…

Perfect setting for a family
My family needed to gather in Boston for a funeral. This home was conveniently located in Dorchester in closed proximity to the funeral home and cemetery for my mother farewell. Thank you so much for such a great hospitality.

Three Sisters from Kansas
I didn't personally stay at the house but the girls said they were very comfortable and the view from the deck was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. It was well stocked and the check-in and out was very easy.
