This place is a paradise on earth for those who need a quiet time to recharge. Away from city noise, cars and heat. Rooms, pool area and shared area were always super clean. Pool has a great water quality and wonderful view. Always free sunbeds even if all apartments are occupied. Owners are super nice and helpfull. There is also barbecue to use, just ask the owner for help! There are no stores near by the place so you need to plan your grocery carefully. However, you can take taxi to Kotor for 10€ and it takes just 10 minutes. You can also walk to Kotor (ca 35 min) but the road is not child friendly but offers beautiful viewpoints. There is one restaurang just 5 minutes away from the place with wonderful view and nice food.

Pillows were a bit too big and uncomfortable otherwise all good!

Exceptional stay. Beautiful view across Kotor Bay. Swimming pool was gorgeous with stunning views. Plenty of sunbeds in the sun and the shade. The host was incredible. So helpful and even gave us a lift to the supermarket and into town one night. He helped us to organise a car for the day. Taxis were cheap and easy to get into Kotor city. Would highly recommend and will return ourselves. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Fantastic view of Kotor Bay. Excellent, helpful, friendly hosts.

The view from the hotel was amazing as was the swimming pool. It is quite far out of the town and we were concerned at first but actually it was a massive bonus to get away from the crowds and enjoy the pool and view in a quiet spot. It is possible to walk into town and get a taxi back or there are some parking spaces a short walk from town. The host was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

It was a tight squeeze for 4 people but we knew it probably would be, ok for 3 nights but wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

The owners were friendly and approachable and anything we needed they would get us the apartment was clean and the pool was superb and so well maintained location was perfect and quiet with amazing views

Only down size was having one bathroom and toilet to share in a 7 person apartment and shower could do with upgrading

The view is gorgeous! The pool was the cleanest pool I have ever swam in! The host went out of their way to make my husband’s 50th birthday a success! I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and generous host. My favorite part of the pool area was the hanging swing chairs were you look sit and soak your feet in the pool while looking at the gorgeous mountains, bay, and city of Kotor. They also had a grill where we grilled food and relaxed at the table next to the pool. An extra plus was the football/basketball court with kids playground that was a short walk from the property. I wish we could have stayed longer!
