The cottage was cute and comfortable, reasonably well equipped. We loved Norris Point, the village where it is located: very scenic place and perfect location for Gros Morne hiking and services.
The cottages are very close together, compromising privacy. There is no view of the water or any trees even. Most of all, they are expensive for what they are.

we arrived the day before the hurricane and Marie offered to move our dates out two days at no charge. This made our trip. She was wonderful! The room was very nice with a gorgeous view. We stayed two nights and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Black Spruce a few miles away. We were able to do the Western Brook Pond boat tour which was fantastic (easy 3km walk in and out). Marie made our trip by changing the dates…we didn’t even ask ..,she contacted us. thank you for a memorable trip!

The seaview is exceptional and the location is convenient. Although it is not attached with any restaurant or cafe, you can easily drive to many different choices of eating places within 10 min. It is easy to find and the self check in instruction is clear. We have never seen any staff though.

A very comfortable cabin in a residential neighbourhood with some scenic walks nearby. Roomy and quiet. comfortable beds.

Soundproofing does not exist
One can hear every step and every washroom visit of next door and upper floor neighbours in every detail.
Not acceptable for the price paid and does not meet minimum Building Code requirements

There was no AC in the unit and it was hot during our stay. It was expensive for what was offered.

Great location on the doorstep of Gros Morne with access to nearby hikes.
Poor quality construction of the property meant that we heard every movement of other guests. Particularly disappointing as this was supposed to be a relaxing getaway; our bedtimes and mornings were effectively dictated by the people above and beside. Staff had no solutions and told us that if we left we would have to pay in full anyhow.

We actually stayed at the Harbourside Suites right around the corner from Burnt Hill Cottages. The rooms were well decorated, very functional, with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable . Also very private. Breakfast not included but a great local coffee shop was within walking distance.
Nothing, it was a perfect stay even though we came at the end of tourist season.

Your reservation system was totally inadequate . We were told by the call to the Gros Morne system that there were no cabins available but got the cabin on Bookings and then emailed to say we would have to move after one night which never materialized There was no one to talk to but a housekeeper! My doctor husband felt that there should be a bath railing as it is not good enough for us elderly!

Marie and Ben were fantastic!!! Large green space for kids to play and great communal fire pit area. So quiet so clean just great

Very spacious and clean. In a very quiet part of town and very close to some attractions such as Gros Morne Adventure Tours and a few other boat tours. Loved it!
