Wonderful apartment, everything we wished for. We stayed in the apartment on the first floor with a balcony for a week and had a wonderful holiday. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, perfect central location, one street back from the sea, with a lot of local shops and restaurants around. There was no communication with the owners other than by email prior to arriving but it wasn't a big deal. So we had a wonderful stay in an amazing place and would return in a heartbeat!

The apartment was really well equipped and close to the beach. It was also spacious enough and the terrace was great to sit in the evening, or for breakfast

The sound-proofing of the room was really bad. We could hear the neighbours and also the cleaning of the street located just below our windows each night. Thankfully, we usually travel with earplugs, but without them, it would be bad.

Great apartment and very central location with a large balcony. Quick response from any questions we had. Good cooking equipment. Plenty of clean towels supplied.

Apartment would have felt more homely with a few pictures on walls, etc. Would have helped to have some cleaning products for bathroom and balcony other than a brush and mop.

Very clean apartment, beds perfectly comfortable, had everything we needed. Balcony good, perfect location and felt safe in the apartment. Hair drier and iron were appreciated. Parking a 5 min walk away.

The bathroom could've been a bit better with the glass door and not so much privacy but it was fine for us. Some cleaning products for the apartment would have been ideal and another shelf in the bathroom but these are small things and our stay was great anyway.

Super clean, modern, great location, everything was provided that you could possibly need, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, tons of cooking equipment, wine glasses etc etc etc, lots of new fluffy towels, many extra pillows, throws etc, beautiful balcony, was cleaned mid way through the stay which was great! It was just perfect! Only bad thing was having to leave! 😂

Everything was perfect, would have been great if there was a freezer to make frozen water for the beach, but not a major issue.

We had amazing stay in Cala Millor, flat is very clean,lots of space ( 2 adults , 3 kids), had everything we needed, washing mashine, kitchen etc. 2 minutes walk to beach, aldi, many restaurants and shops around. Good air conditioning.Great communication with host. Superb place, we love it.

We enjoyed very much our stay ar Sea Breeze. Travelling with a baby is not easy, but the apartment was very well equiped and clean , just to make our first holiday together great. The apartment where we stayed also had a bedroom which was really quiet so that our daughter could sleep good at night.

The lack of a freezer in the kitchen and the small refrigerator.

Beautiful penthouse. Great size and felt like paradise. Perfect place to relax and forget home life. Very roomy and terrace was more than ample for baking in the sun on the sun loungers and even finding some shade at certain times of the day.

Wifi could have been better. It was a bit temperamental at times but we managed.

The apartment was excellent especially the deck which was fabulous. We liked the layout and the roominess of apartment. It was clean and very functional with most items available. Bathroom was roomy and a great shower.

The apartment could have used a few more storage shelves in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom and shower. There should have been a bathroom vanity to put away your shaving kit and toiletries. The beds were rather firm which could be solved with a inexpensive mattress topper. Just a few ideas to make the apartment awesome.

The penthouse terrace, was exceptional! Plenty of sun loungers, table and chairs, not forgetting to mention the double bed! Very clean & modern apartment. Great views of mountain to watch the sun set and a slight sea view. Plenty of white fluffy towels. Shower was large and powerful. Plenty of crockery, pots and plates. Nice to be provided with washing up liquid, scourer and especially bin bags. Plenty of wardrobe space. Good to have a washing machine. Plenty of restaurants nearby. You can walk to the beach within a couple of minutes. Key collection was very good.

Should have a safe in the apartment, for storing passports,money etc. The kettle was a very cheap and plastic, too hot to touch with bare hands once water boiled. There wasn’t a microwave, toaster or dishwasher. We had to buy an oven glove, to use for cooking. The umbrella on the terrace kept falling over, could do with a better umbrella for some shade. The bathroom did smell, so we bought an air freshener. The main thing was the air conditioning, it didn’t work. It was 26/28 degrees at night, we were extremely uncomfortable. Did not sleep well at all. Stayed for 8 nights, so a 2nd clean of the apartment was provided, which was lovely. Curtain in the kitchen kept falling down, unable to open kitchen window fully, due to flimsy hooks in the way. There was an unwelcoming stain on the sofa.

The only drawback is the lack of a safe (small as hotel rooms are equipped). Nowadays it is difficult to carry all documents and electronic devices with you, incl. on the beach. I heartily recommend the apartment

The apartment was nice and new. Key collection was easy. Kitchen is well prepared for those who want to cook.

There was no oven, stove did not work and room are really, really loud. You can literally hear chair moved in apartments next to you. The cleaning lady did not collect garbage or clean balcony. The bed is just 2 separate beds next to each other and they constantly moved apart. Overall it would be good strong 7, but the end of our stay really disappointed us. The owner stopped communication after we asked him nicely about late checkout because our flight was scheduled on 8 pm.... just no answer at all for 4 days straight. In the end the maid literally kicked us out of our room before the checkout hour (12:00).

Location of property was great - only one street away from the beach. Picking up the keys was super easy especially with us checking in late in the night. The place was clean and modern, no complaints. Ample of free street parking close by. Would recommend this place.

We had booked for 6 people but only 4 beds were made (one sofa bed was not made) and there was a baby cot and chair in the room. I texted the host as soon as arrived (albeit late) they responded straight away. Unfortunately as it was so late they would not provide extra sheets that night, but someone came in the next day and removed the unwanted furniture and provided us with clean sheets. We also did notice a smell in the room - i believe it was due to the drainage or pipes not cleaned properly. Other than that no complaints.

The apartment is AMAZING. 2 minutes walk from the beach, it's spacious, great, well equiped and modern kitchen, perfect aircon, modern shower, large terrace... and best, since Cala Millor can get very loud and busy at nights, great sound isolating balcony window. I've loved this accomodation, except for the beds, which don't match the apartment and were actually very unconfortable and tiny.

The only thing I didn't like were the beds. Not only were they 2 twin beds, but they were tiny. Each of them wasn't wider thank 80 cm. It compromised our rest, since adult people aren't used to tiny beds like that... Moreover the sheets were even smaller than the beds and, during the night, the sheets got out of the place all the time. We were shocked to find these low quality beds in such a confortable apartment and with high standards.

Best place in Mallorca! The best place we ever stayed in. My fiancé and I work and travel as "digital nomads" and have stayed at so many places but this one was the BEST. Everything was super clean and brand new. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of! We cook a lot and had everything we needed to create our feast. It's really quiet as well and only a few seconds to the beach. The best part for us: the wifi is outstanding! A massive thank-you to the staff! Not only did they replace a coffee-machine that we broke but also helped us clean literally two minutes after it happened! I can't imagine better service seriously! We also had a wonderful welcome gift waiting for us (fruit and wine) and new right away: this is the best place in Mallorca!

Location is amazing. Air conditioning worked well. Cheap.

Staff was unreachable unless it was during the week until 14h. Our stay was 4 days over a weekend so they didn’t answer questions until after we had left. No cleaning whatsoever. The shower leaked over the whole floor and when we were already in the apartment they tried to charge the deposit that was not mentioned before hand. Found out after we had booked that there are only twin beds (but they portray it as 1, when in reality it’s 2 tiny hard beds pushed together. )
