I didnt like ANYTHING!
They demanded $100 cash deposit when I arrived and denied me a room when I didn't pay up, then charged my card for the stay anyway.
The staff was rude, the place was dirty... I'm glad I didn't stay, but now I need my money back.....
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because the hotel said they could not refund my money.

Great place. Friendly staff, clean facility, and good value. The room just that... A room. If you want turndown service and breakfast, this isnt your place. If you need a studio type room for as long as you need, you got it. You request linen and housekeeping but it really isnt that hard to sweep the room. Treat it like a temporary apartment and youre good. Safe, convenient location, pet friendly, non smoking. Hallways usually smell like someone's cooking soup. Great place to land for a while if things are up in the air. Note, we brought our own bedding, a lamp, dishes, coffeepot and towels. They supply bedding and towels but not kitchen equipment. Full size fridge is cool too.
The comically slow elevator. I mean if youre in a hurry, take the stairs. Leave a few minutes early. Use the bathroom. It's sloooow. But like, is that really the most important thing?

I did not like anything about this hotel worst experience I have ever had!!!
Lol everything the bed was very uncomfortable hard squeaky and it was a cot bed wasn't even a real bed plus we left the next day to go sightseeing and our door wouldn't even shut and lock plus they have a kitchenette but no dishes silverware or pots and pans!!!

Why supply a kitchenette and NO cookware? People don't travel with pots and pans.
Even average custome service DOES NOT charge you a 10 dollar fee for forgetting your key card in your room and needing a new one

Fairly reasonable for a reasonable price. It is extended stay therefore there are a lot of families with children are living there for long-term.

Very clean nice kitchenette.
The staff were on a witch hunt, very gossipy, made sure every one heard the business of other residents. I had to wait 20 minutes while the check in desk made a seen on the phone for everyone to hear where other staff congregated to listen in on. And act like they were there to witness. The staff seem to dwell on drama, gossipy, and a form of being in power. They kept my money, for a one sided verbal encounter because was asked for a mop. They screamed call 911! Even other customers were shocked .

I didn't like anything. They where very rude. Wouldn't provide services. Won't refund me for a room I didn't use. The Management never respond. Refused to help me. I had to leave and sleep in my car. Very unprofessional. I would never go hear again.

There was no breakfast. The only thing I liked was the location
The beds were horrible, and all four mattresses were different. One was broken down with springs sticking through. You could only get 2 towels per room even though we had more than two people in the room. I have NEVER heard of this. They expect you to turn in a used towel in order to get a replacement and refused to give us enough towels for each person in the room. They did not have hand towels at ALL.

I booked a room and was given a confirmation, but when I arrived 2 hours later, there were no availability. All the hotels were booked. I worked 16 hours that day and was super tired. Saint Louis, Missouri hotels were booked. I had to drive almost 3 hours for a room, I am beyond upset.I will never book Woodspring Suites ever in my entire life.

I can't really say, because I didn't get to stay, When I got there they told me they had a fire. Even though I just Maid Maid the reservation About 20 minutes beforehand that day and Had no rooms available?
The girl who Informed me there were no rooms because of the fire Did not have the greatest attitude in the world OR any answers about the Refund, Remember, They are the ones that sent me away?

Convenience location is what I like most.
Some rooms smell like house of dogs, so terrible had to switch twice. Smoking is common in the hallways with very little control from the staff.

Everything,I got charged for a double room and recieved a single room.They locked me out of my room because they forgot to charge me tax,and came to the door multiple times before it was check out time I felt like i was being rushed out.
