The property is misleading as the official photos do not reflect reality. The building is undergoing restoration of the facade. In addition, there are a number of significant disadvantages that can affect your health and comfort, which are described in more detail below. You will not be able to fully see the main street, because the view from the windows is blocked by building structures. As I wrote above, the facade of the house is being restored. From 7:00 (!!!) in the morning, builders walk along with these structures, make noise, talk. All this grossly violates your privacy, so you cannot in these apartments: - have a quiet breakfast, - walk in underwear (workers walk right behind the glass windows of the bedroom and living room), - have any other privacy. If you have asthma problems or allergies, I would not recommend this apartment for you. The house is old with very old wooden beams and the whole entrance smells strongly of dampness. Moreover, the entrance is very dirty due to construction work. All windows in this apartment are dirty. The shower in the second bathroom stinks strongly of sewage. Neither rinsing with water nor ventilation helps. A hairdryer is just ridiculous. I have never seen such a small one. And this mini hairdryer is the only one for such a large apartment. The washing machine is narrow, with a maximum load of 3 kg. This is very strange for an apartment with 4 rooms and the maximum number of guests is 10 people. You just won't be able to wash anything normally. You will not be able to relax in these apartments, since from early morning at 7:00 the builders are making noise with a grinder saw, knocking, someone from the nearest establishments yells and swears. There is no silence. The mattresses of the beds are the cheapest.

The location was amazing. Everything in 2-15 min distance. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was really friendly and helpful.

The apartment met my expectations. There is nothing i didn't like.

Apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location. It was amazing to sit at the balcony, drink coffee and see the city wake up. Very helpful and informative staff. We definitely will come back.
