Beautiful 2B/2B, ground floor condo in Riverwalk on Arrowhead Golf course !
Nuestro hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en la popular comunidad de Riverwalk está rodeado por el campo de golf Arrowhead y el canal intercostero. Nuestra unidad del primer piso tiene un porche cubierto que camina directamente hacia la piscina enterrada y la parrilla de gas. Está a unos 10 km de la playa y cerca de increíbles tiendas, puntos de venta y atracciones. También hay una piscina cubierta climatizada y sala de ejercicios. La unidad está muy bien decorada, limpia y cómoda. Hay 3 televisores, cable e internet inalámbrico. Hay una cama king, dos gemelos XL y un sofá cama queen size. El condominio es de aproximadamente 1000 pies cuadrados. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad y una cocina bien equipada, así como ropa de cama y toallas.

I really enjoyed the condo. It was really clean and had everything you would need. It is in a good location about 10-15 to beach but it was nice to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, pool right out the sliding doors. Very short drive to beach, and shopping. The onlybthing was on the last day the air conditioner stop working, after awhile the owner did get back to me. And she made everything right. Would stay away,thank you!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It is located in a beautiful golf course community. The neighbors are all so sweet. The home is clean and spacious. The price is fair and the stay always goes too quickly. The host is very responsive too! You are close to the beach, shopping, golf, food, etc. I highly highly recommend and my family and I look forward to our next time here.

I was in town for my 3rd year in a row for a vetgolf tournament and this has been the best place ive stayed. First floor, no stairs, central location and colleen the owner is GREAT!!

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood (Note: no motorcycles or trailers allowed in the neighborhood...this kept things quiet), all the appliances functioned as they should and the dining/living room area was an "open plan" type arrangement which allowed for easy movement around the apartment. The sliding glass doors out to the patio allowed us to open the doors if it became stuffy. Good access to Myrtle Beach, the south end of Myrtle Beach, the airport and communities south of Myrtle Beach. Only a 15 minute drive to Broadway-On-The-Beach.

I honestly couldn’t say anything negative about this property! We stayed Thursday-Monday for my sons baseball tournament. We wanted somewhere quiet and a place we could cook meals to save money and we had everything we could possibly need! We had plenty of towels, wash cloths, dishes, cooking supplies etc! We had had the basics needed for our stay! Dishwashing stuff, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper!! Very clean. Beds were super comfortable! Pool right outside patio! Quiet neighborhood!! Would definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Perfect condo for a week away from home!
The property was all that we expected based on the information provided. Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. The unit was perfect for our family and located in a beautiful area! We appreciated having the pass to go to Myrtle Beach State Park to enjoy the beach without the hassle of parking in the busy part of town. We’d highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet stay away from the bustle. It was beautiful and well equipped!

Love this area.
Our past several times to MB, we have been able to obtain a condo in the Riverwalk area with different owners. As our grandson was playing baseball in the Market Common area, contacting Colleen regarding this property was easy and informative from her end. We used it solely as a place to sleep as the two of us always eat out at our favorite places. The pool was just steps from the back patio. Overall, we just loved the place. and if we should head south again, would attempt to get this rental again.

The pictures don’t do it justice - Awesome place!
The condo was bigger than we thought. The place smelled great and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need! There is also a big blowup bed and plenty of sheets and blankets. We used the pool and workout room. We also used the park/beach pass to visit Huntington State Park. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is close to the beach and downtown but still quiet. The owner was always available, helpful and kind. I absolutely loved this vacation and hope to stay here again.

Nice, off-beach condo, in a quiet neighborhood
We appreciated the location a bit away from the traffic of the main beach areas. The location was also perfect for day visits to other communities.

First vacation
The house was clean smelled good. It was everything you need. It was pool right outside door. The beach and every store was only 15 minutes away. It was plenty towels. It’s what I call fully loaded. I left the beach toys for kids knowing how pleased we was. It’s my new vacation rental. I only had two issue with bathroom in master bathroom. It was rocking and not stable so every time I sat down I was scare I would make it completely break. The bed in main bedroom need replaced it was terrible sleep. It look like someone was laying in bed when we made it; that’s how worn it was. Updates will make this a perfect place

Minor thing but should be checked: problem with stopper in sink in large bedroom, commode loose in floor. Could not get tv on regular channel in twin room. Condo very clean, we would stay there again. Very nice.

Tons of VALUE
Colleen's property was such a value. Got to experience Myrtle without being in the craziness of Myrtle. 10-15 minutes from most attractions and tons of perks right at the property (indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, etc.). Colleen also provides beach towels, chairs, and other essentials. The property is very spacious and each room has a smart TV. Pool is directly out the back door. Would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid craziness of being right on beach and doesn't mind a little travel, while saving some big dollars!

Great place for my family of 5. Place was clean and just as described. Location was perfect, 10-15mins from everything. It was great that the pool was 10 yards from our back door. Would stay here again in the future.

Book It if it’s available! The best of the Best
A+++ Colleen made our baseball/vacation just perfect with her place. She stay in constant communication with me about her place and all the essential information we needed! We got there late on Friday cause of a car rental issues, be able to walk and feel the relief of being home was the best! The access to the pool after a long day of baseball for my son was just what he needed! Thank You Colleen you make our time in Myrtle the best experience.
