Bienvenido a "Emerald Gulf", nuestra lujosa casa frente al mar ubicada a la salida de Thomas Drive en Panama City Beach. Esta casa de 2 pisos cuenta con 5 habitaciones más un área de literas, 4 baños y tiene capacidad para 25 personas cómodamente. El amplio comedor y sala de estar ofrece vistas a la playa, acceso directo a la playa y un sofá cama. La suite principal frente al mar tiene una cama king, acceso a la terraza y un baño privado contiguo. También se encuentra en el primer piso el dormitorio de invitados con dos camas queen, área de literas con 3 camas individuales y un baño completo. There were a couple of hiccups; dishwasher didn't work, and not a wonderful selection of kitchen ware for cooking meals every evening. Overall, though, we couldn't have asked for a better place on the beach to stay. We had wonderful access to a very not busy part of the beach. Thank you

Plenty of room for four families! Easy beach access. Plenty of towels provided.
Only negatives were the dishwasher was broken, inconvenience but not a big deal. Coffee maker was broken, worked but not properly. Kitchen needs more pot holders. If you plan on doing shrimp/crab boil, bring your own pots.

This house was spacious and beautiful! Only concern was the tv remotes didn’t all work and there were a few cockroaches and ants in the kitchen/living area. Otherwise- it was amazing!

This was a very nice place. We had 17 adults one toddler. We had enough room to sleep without problems. More people wouldn’t have been enjoyable. 4 very large cars is all that fit in drive way. This is a great place.

Excellent location. Have stayed at property 3 times over 5 years. Need to perform minor repairs and upkeep. Cleaning before arrival could improve but overall a great rental.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was fabulous. There was plenty a room for everybody to spread out sleep and have their own little private areas! Only suggestion is we couldn’t find the potholders, sharp knives, and to fix the door going to the deck. Planning on staying here again!!!

Great Location and Beautiful Beach Home
Everything was great, except the housekeeping had not fully cleaned the upstairs. There was pet hair on the bed and floor, I did speak with the agent and she offered to have the housekeeper come back, I declined and we changed the linens.

Prime location!
This property location is simply incredible. You can spot the sunset right in front of you, every day! Also close enough to grocery shopping, malls, zoo, and other points of interest. The house is very spacious. The only detail is about kitchen maintenance. There was not enough kitchen infrastructure for us to cook a variety of meals for a large group. Thankfully we brought our own pressure cooker and airfryer to help it. But we had to buy a few other things to serve the Christmas and new years meals. That's the only reason I don't give five starts. But we would definitely stay again in this house if we have the chance.

Best family beach vacation!
The house was perfect. It was so spacious and everyone was able to have their own privacy. It was right one the beach and the rooms were amazing! The lady was also great. She responded in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit! Thank you, Janet!

Perfect Family Stay
I love this home. I had all my children and their family there to celebrate our birthdays and the home was the perfect size. Very clean and everything we needed. I will rent again if available.

Senior Trip
Stayed here for senior trip.. 8 teens and 5 men. The property was very nice, clean and spacious. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably!! The home is located on a quieter side of Panama which did not deter the boys one bit!!! There were grocery stores and restaurants near by and the traffic was lighter than city center. Great house, Great experience!!!

Beautiful ocean views 🌴
We loved our stay. We had 16 guests ranging from 4years old to 75. Plenty of room for us all. Gorgeous ocean front. We hated for the vacation to end. Will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

Amazing 7 days
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach home. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is super convenient to anything you want to go do while visiting Panama. And the beach and view is breath taking. We will rent this house and from this great rental company again. Thank you Janet for all your help.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Didn’t disappoint.
Overall we loved the home and location. Schooners was a great dining place to walk to for evening drinks. There was plenty of space for our group of 12. We shared making dinners nightly and had everything we needed to do so. The outside shower was a great feature for my kiddos who seemed to be cold by the ocean water. Every room felt spacious and tidy. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect family vacation
This is the second time we’ve rented this beautiful home. The beach is fantastic and just out the door. Lots of room for our big family. We had a couple maintenance issues this time that were addressed quickly by the property manager. Excellent visit once again. Already planning our next trip!

This property was accurately portrayed in online listing. The neighborhood was low key & away from the bustle of more touristy area & the beach absolutely beautiful. The house was very roomy & comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with glasses, serving ware & cookware. Comfortable beds, nice linens & plenty of towels. There were a couple issues at the property that were resolved in an attentive & timely manner: The outside grill was beyond use upon our arrival & was replaced before the end of our brief stay so we could grill out. And there was a broken bathtub faucet handle we notified them of so as not to be party held responsible (could still use) & they offered to send someone to fix. The interior cleanliness was great. Our only real concern with "cleanliness," & the reason for 4 stars in that category, was the amount of pop bottles & cans littered inside the back fenced yard of the property, pieces of broken glass & many rusted screws, bolts, & small pieces scrap metal that appeared to have been left behind from construction repair? There were also 3 badly damaged (unusable) metal chairs with broken, rusted protruding sharp ends under the deck where the picnic table was set up in the shade. With 2 small children staying here, we moved these chairs to behind the deck fence/grating & picked up the other items mentioned. It took three of us about 20 minutes to clean up. I seriously don't think the property manager or owner were likely aware of this condition outside, based upon their responsive nature to the other matters. Our guess was that the cleaning company does not check the outside yard area? Only want to suggest that checking around the outside perimeter of the house in between guest visits for litter would be a good thing. If returning to this area with family, we would definitely consider staying here again & recommend this property to others.

Great Spot!!!
Every bit as advertised. Stayed in town for a sports tournament with a handful of teammates, house was very clean, ton of room and great location with AMAZING view! Nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing dolphins out in the gulf to make your day start of amazing!

The home was great. Great management and great location. The house was clean and spacious. Great place for kids and a large family!!The outdoor space needs some upkeep. Beach access was difficult to walk on. Lots of sand burrs and weeds. Deck outside and shower needs a lot of maintenance. Outside needs some TLC.

Perfect for family vacation
House was exactly what we needed. Great size, perfect location (beach not crowded where the house is), very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Will definitely try to reserve again in the future.

Great Stay
Property and location was great. We really had a good time. The AC went out one day while we were there (on Sunday), and we had some difficulty getting in touch with the property management company. We were able to finally talk to them on Monday, and they did resolve the issue quickly, after one pretty miserable night and the following day with indoor 85+ degree temps. By Monday night the AC was working again. We also had to request some extra towels (we just didn't have enough), and they obliged. We would stay again.

Almost perfect
Property was beautiful, location could not have been better. Kitchen was well stocked and the extra refrigerator was very nice to have for our family who loves to cook!!
Communication with property manager was lacking. I had to call office multiple times as they would not respond to emails. Mark was very helpful!!
Overall, we loved the house, but could only give 3 stars on cleanliness, as a few of the bed linens had not been changed and were full of sand.
We would definitely book again.

Beautiful Beach Home
When we walked into the house we were speechless! It was so beautiful and inviting from the moment you stepped in the door. It felt like home for the five nights that we were there. There was plenty of room for everybody who stayed and the space seemed even bigger in person. The house was equipped with lots of kitchen supplies and so many towels for the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of privacy as well. As far as location goes, the house is in a perfect spot. The beach is far less crowded down near the house and it is still close to shops and restaurants. We have zero complaints! Our whole family had a great time in this house and we would definitely stay again! Our favorite part of the house was the deck that overlooked the beach. You could see every sunset from it! Each morning the early risers would brew a pot of coffee and have a cup on the deck while listening to the early morning waves - such a great way to start the day! I highly recommend staying at this house especially if you have a larger group staying. The amount of space, the amenities & location were all perfect.

Excellent space for 23 person reunion
This house exceeded our expectations, and we are very picky. We normally stay right in town in a high rise condo, so here are the pros and cons of the area: quiet side of town, so even in July we usually had the entire stretch of the beach in front of our house to ourselves. This is probably the nicest house on the street, but the others aren't run down by any means; it felt like a safe, nice, quiet street. Schooners is in walking distance a few blocks down, which was cool. Dollar General is walking distance, a block away. Walmart was only 10 minutes. Another major pro was being so close to the marinas, to get on all of our tours for Shell Island & jet skiing (like 4 minutes away). The house was plenty big for 23 people, ages 5 months - 63 years (bring your own pack n play). Kitchen was plenty big for all of us maneuvering around, and having the extra fridge upstairs was awesome for extra drinks. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but didn't have many big bowls, so cooking and serving got a little tricky. The sleeper sofa upstairs isn't really usable, so I wouldn't count on it. It sagged so terribly they had to put the mattress on the floor instead. Loved having all the TVs. Beds were comfortable. The little triple bunk tiny room on the mail floor was a hit with our three 10 year old cousins. The deck was great. Being there for the 4th of July was spectacular, with fireworks up and down the entire beach for a full hour or two (Pier Park fireworks were really far away & tiny, but there were so many big ones being shot off near us, it wasn't a disappointment). People didn't want to go home at the end of the week. It was great!
