The villa was incredible! Clean, spacious, fully stocked, and conveniently located. The hosts went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we had everything we needed. This will be our go to villa!

It was our first visit to the Villages and we couldn't of been happier with the house. It was well appointed and in a great location! The Hot Tub came in very handy after a long day of visiting the Squares, dinning out and enjoying the local bars. We really enjoyed riding the Golf Cart everywhere we went. The house is very close to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We will definitely be back. The host was very accommodating and informative.

The Villa was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with any supplies that we needed. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed the close proximity to an adult pool. We parked our truck when we got there and used the golf cart that was provided for all our travel in the Villages. An excellent experience. We hope to stay in this Villa again on our next trip to the Villages.

The Villa was the best rental we have ever stayed in either in USA or Europe.
It was fully equipped to 5" standard with a good golf buggy.
One thing I would recommend is some screening along the Lania as those waiting to tee off were only 3 meters from the hot tub which once a start up problem was resolved was great.
The TV channels included Netfix and Amazon and it was great to watch the first two days of the Ryder cup.

If I were to choose a home away from home, this would be it. Comfortable, clean, convenient, and a fantastic location. All you need to do is unpack your suitcase.
Kelly is the perfect host. She is more than responsive. There was a mix up with my Resident Guest Pass. She took her time on a Saturday evening to resolve the issue when it could have easily been handled Monday Morning. Thank you for that, Kelly.
Can’t wait for the next opportunity to take a week or more and enjoy Tee Off Villa again.

My husband and I stayed at Rob and Kelly's place and had the best experience. The house is located right on a golf course and we got to watch several golfers tee off as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai.
The house comes with a golf cart, which was fully charged and full of gas. We parked our car and used the cart for all our outings. It was so convenient.
The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The showerhead in the master bathroom was great, the water pressure and temperature was just like ours at home. The master bedroom leads out onto the lanai with a jacuzzi. We definitely took advantage of the jacuzzi in the evening!
The house is located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter, both very easy to get to. Kelly informed us of The Villages App, which was very helpful and even had a GPS system for the golf cart.....so thankfully we never got lost and drove around like we knew where we were going.
Rob and Kelly were excellent hosts. The communication was great from the time we requested to book their home all the way until check-out. They gave us a few recommendations for eating, which all turned out delicious!
Huge thank you to both of them for opening up their house to us and allowing us to enjoy our long weekend.

The Tee Off Villa included a golf cart, which is a major mode of transportation in the Villages. This home is a short golf cart ride to 2 of the Villages' town squares - Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. The inground hot tub overlooks the 1st hole tee box of an Executive golf course, but is still private. We enjoyed reading and relaxing in the hot tub for the entire month. The owners were extremely responsive and provided an excellent home for the 2 of us to enjoy our first month of retirement. The master bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the Villages' experience with the wide variety of daily activities. We look forward to returning to this Villa in the near future.

The unit was perfect for our week getaway. Kelly was extraordinary in communicating with us before and during our stay. Having the golf cart rental was a wonderful bonus! The hot tub was perfectly maintained. Overall a beautiful property!

Tee off Villa was recommended to us by my parents who had stayed previously. The villa was very clean, spacious and quiet and located near the squares. Everything you may need was provided. The communication with the owner was quick. We definitely will stay again.

Clean, very well equipped villa. Roomier than expected, enjoyed sitting on screened patio watching golfers tee off. Great mattresses, coffee pot, and large TV.

This was a great place to rent. Very clear communication about the rental in a help guide that is left for the renter. The club house with the pool is a very short walk away. You could not want for anything while staying here.

Great Villa!
Tee Off Villa was everything we hoped it would be, and more. A very comfortable, clean, well appointed property with an open outlook, great hot tub, modern appliances, and everything you need to make it feel like home. The owners are super attentive, whilst not intrusive, responding immediately to any questions and made sure that we and the villa were well prepared for Hurricane Dorian. They ensured there was minimum disruption to our vacation and restored everything to Holiday mode as soon as it was down graded to a tropical storm. The villa is ideally located between Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs with Terra Del Sol golf course, bar and restaurant within walking distance.
Our deposit was returned within hours of checking out. We would be very happy to recommend this villa to any friends and also use it ourselves when we return to the Villages in the future . Thank you Kelly, Rob & Marnie

Couldn't have been better
Kelly and Rob are the best communicating VRBO'ers we've ever dealt with. Answers to questions almost immediately. Helpful and ready to make your stay as smooth as possible. We really appreciated the printer (you may need to download the driver) for boarding passes and printing up directions to get to where we were going in The Villages. Central location is ideal. Would absolutely rent from them again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
My husband and I spent 5 nights at Tee Off Villa. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very thoughtful in providing plenty of towels, paper products, coffee and even cream (plus many other useful items)! We used The Villages app to find our way around on the golf cart enjoying trips to the grocery store and Spanish Springs. We also enjoyed eating on the lanai a couple evenings. My husband had trouble looking past the outdated furnishings but I was okay with them since everything was so clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend a a stay. Kelly was easy to work with and prompt to respond to questions.

A great home and a great vacation!
We loved our stay at Tee Off Villa! Rob & Kelly had everything ready when we arrived - garage door openers, temporary resident cards, etc. They also kept in touch and kept us updated throughout the process. The home was spotless, comfortable, clean, and well kept. The location was great with a pool literally in walking distance and Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Town Squares just 5-8 minutes away. We ate out and didn't do any real cooking but the kitchen had everything needed if you were staying in.The golf car and the hot tub in the screened in area were also nice additions. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Villages, you can't beat Tee Off Villa! We didn't want to leave after our week stay and definitely will be back.

Property was better than we expected!
We loved the villa! They provided everything that we needed and more. It was so nice to have the passes, my wife took a mahjong class and had a blast! We will be back! Everything was so clean and nice. Thanks again!

Terrific place to stay in The Villages
This is a terrific house on a golf course in the Villages. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and everything was provided as advertised. The house was very clean with a very well appointed kitchen complete with pots, plates, glassware and gadgets. Both bathrooms were immaculate with plenty of towels. The screened in back porch provided view of the first tee and was great for early coffee. The included golf cart started easily and ran perfectly for trips to recreation centers and restaurants. We will not hesitate to say here again in the future. K

Great Home in a Great Location!
Just returned from our stay at Tee Off Villa in The Villages, Fl., and have nothing but praise for the quality of this HomeAway location. First off, the pictures don't do it justice. The home was immaculately clean. Everything was in perfect working order. The towels were so soft and luxurious. The lanai and spa were clean comfortable - and refreshing. Rob and Kelly are great communicators, and responded quickly when I needed to reach out to them during our stay. Have stayed at several HomeAway locations across the nation, and this one was a 5-star experience. PS - enjoyed riding into the town squares on the included golf cart!

Very nice getaway!
Very nice getaway - just wish we could've stayed longer! Kelly and Rob were wonderful to work with, very accommodating. Their villa is well maintained, inside and out, and super clean. We had the use of the lanai, hot tub and golf cart, however, due to the weather we were unable to use those amenities. We only used the microwave for popcorn, but the kitchen was well stocked, well maintained and very clean too. The villa is roomy enough for two and I believe 4 could be comfortable as well. No complaints about the beds or bathrooms either. All in all, I think anyone would be happy here enjoying all The Villages have to offer.
