Athena was a very welcoming host and helped us out as much as she could. We enjoyed the pool and the place was very clean upon arrival. The garden area and pool was great fun. The table tennis and pool table were in near perfect condition and the outside seating area with the fire pit was great for late night drinks.

Small bathroom, kitchen facilities were missing basics such as a kettle to boil some water. The knives and forks were worn and rusted and pool cleaning/fire pit re-fuelling happened as and when, not on a daily basis as we were informed by Athena. The outside swing needs replacing as we tried to sit on it and the fabric began to tare.

The villa was not cleaned at all. There was dust everywhere. So much mosquito's were in the villa, very annoying when you want to sleep. It was very hard to get rid of them. The kitchen was very old and dirty as well. The cutlery was still dirty of the previous guests. The bathroom was so narrow and small that the whole place flooded when taking a shower. The swimming pool was also dirty (the water and the bottom of the pool). You cannot call this a luxury villa!!! We could not reach the booking agent to report these problems. So we left after couple of days.
