This felt like a proper hostel and had a small dipping pool too. Two of the female staff working here were very friendly. Hostel was clean and beds had privacy curtains. Good location.

There was one disruptive guy from Serbia who it turns out worked there. He would slam the door in the middle of the night, play a piano at 11pm whilst people slept, leave the door open, turn the lights on and not turn them off, listen to music and act as if the shared room was his own. He would often change the air con temperature after others in the room had agreed upon it. He also had a lot of strong opinions on people staying there, saying true backpackers would not have suitcases and he would not let them in another hostel he worked at (some people prefer to use old suitcases over buying new backpacks). He also moaned about couples staying there saying they should be in hotels. I never saw him wash or change his clothes while I was there either. I have no idea how this guy was not sacked - I used to manage a hostel and would not have someone like him work there. I also paid for my stay, and after leaving was accused of not paying. Staff need better communication and need to talk to each other. More toilets are needed. For some reason there are locks on the outside of bathroom doors, they are only needed inside. There are two proper kitchens, but both are for staff! One should be for guest use. There is a hob and sink upstairs but this is not really suitable. A 10% service charge is sneakily added to the bill. You also pay 3.5% more if you use a card. There is also a silly wristband policy that you have to use to pay for stuff instead of just paying in cash. The menu in the hostel is outdated (for example it lists drinks not available e.g Guinness and Heineken). When I pointed this out they kept it even though it would have taken seconds to wipe it off.

Der Pool und die Location im Ausenbereich sind schön gestaltet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ganz gut.

Das dazu gebuchte Frühstück besteht aus einer winzigen Waffel mit einer Banane oben drauf, sieht zwar schön aus aber hungrig bleibt man danach trotzdem noch. Das Bad ist teilweise je nach Uhrzeit echt nicht mehr so angenehm zu betreten (Hygiene). Die Zimmer sind stellenweise echt sehr kalt.

Hostel agréable et propre! Les lits dans les dortoirs sont dotés de rideaux, de prise et lumière individuelles, ce qui est vraiment appréciable^^ La piscine est top :)

They tried to scam me when I arrived by using the wrong dollar exchange rate. When I mentioned this, they said it's because I pay in USD and they have to convert it. Then they asked for payment in LKR. Yes I know it doesn't make sense.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, zwei Nächte im Seconds Colombo zu verbringen und war rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. **Check-in und Zimmer:** Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und makellos sauber **Service:** Der Service im Hotel war erstklassig. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und stand jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung.

Süßes Hostel mit nettem Außenbereich. Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort, dafür war es super! Sehr hilfsbereite, nette Mitarbeiter

旅行一个月，住过五个青旅，这家是最棒的，女老板是个漂亮幽默风趣的欧洲人！住的那天正好赶上情人节，晚上请了一个小乐队还贴心的给大家每人一杯小酒一块心形饼干，真的感动到我了！很棒的一次体验，下次去科伦坡还会选择她家！

暂时还没有感觉哪里不舒服！
