L'emplacement près de la gare (je m'attendais donc à ce que le studio soit bruyant: il l'est), et la proximité des rues du vieux Colmar qui sont tout à fait accessibles à pied.

Le robinet thermostatique de la douche ne fonctionne pas: soit l'eau est glacée, soit elle est brulante (probablement le branchement est inversé) Incohérence du mobilier: impossible de travailler sur la table qui est trop haute par rapport aux chaises disponibles (ou vice versa, mais en tout cas ce n'est pas cohérent et pas pratique du tout) Je n'ai pas trouvé le "charme" annoncé? une vitre cassée, mobilier cheap, déco vieillotte... La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix (275 euros pour deux nuits)

La proximité immédiate de la gare à une minutes à pied, très bon emplacement très pratique pour visiter Colmar et ses environs avec les bus. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et à l’écoute. Rien ne manque pour passer un petit séjour agréable car tout est impeccable propre et bien tenu 👌🏻

Rien à dire vraiment tout était parfait hormis la circulation du fait de l’emplacement ( voie ferrée et circulation automobile) Petit bémol indépendant de l’appartement en lui même.

No conseguimos que los quemadores de la cocina funcionaran, pero el horno/microondas funcionaba correctamente y fue suficiente.

Good communication, object was nice and clean when we arrived and good equipped. There was no problem with finding a parking spot - it was payed, and on the street, but we were exploring the city surroundings within the paid time.

There was absolutely no air conditioning, even a simple air extraction in the bathroom was simply not there. The apartment is located on the south west corner and gets very hot during the day. At night it was still hot and very hard to sleep - and when we opened the windows to get some air flow it became noisy due to trains pasing by.

Studio agréable, calme et spacieux. Literie confortable, douche spacieuse. Proximité du centre ville. Le lave-vaisselle, au top.

There is a small on the bathroom.

Very close to train station and landlord very accommodating in allowing us to drop off luggage prior to check-in time and deposit luggage upon check out so that we don’t need to drag our luggage all over town.
