El personal de recepción, del que no hablaba inglés nadie, me quiso cobrar el triple del deposito establecido, porque si. Para una noche de estancia . El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó. La habitación estuvo a 28 grados toda la noche . La comida del servicio de habitaciones, recalentada, mal hecha, escasa…

The hotel is new and modern, located opposite a large shopping center. The hotel is clean and quiet. What is important to me, I did not smell cigarette smoke everywhere. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of Western and Eastern dishes.

The coffee offered at breakfast could be better. Air conditioning in the room caused that in some places it was very cold, in other places there was no air movement.

Great hotel for business travellers that need a great night sleep, all the facilities, a great location and excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and super-friendly.

Checking time could be faster !

The hall where the reception is located is really big, with a lounge and a bar, as well as a small ice cream stall. The check-in was rather fast. The staff attitude was normal, nothing outstanding. The restaurant was dead: I went there, they had to specially open the curtains and switch on all the lights, because no one was there, I even thought that the restaurant was closed. Anyway, I first looked at the menu: food is not worth, I strongly advise to eat in one of the many small places outside. The breakfast was good tho. I specially booked this hotel to use the swimming pool, but it was closed: this was not written anywhere while I did my reservation. I felt scammed... The room was big, but the cleanliness was just okay: I did find some hairs in the sink and in the shower. All in all, I felt it was a spacious hotel, big halls, big rooms, but without any spirit/charm. Maybe this was due because of being there in the week days, and also because it looked like they shut down everything, from the restaurant to the pool. I have mixed feelings about this place, but if you ask me, I am not sure if I would go back. This is a pity, because the location is really good, just next to a metro station and near many food options. They have improvements to do.
