Nice hotel, you can walk from the Shibuya station directly into the lobby. Lots of shops and restaurants, neverending take away options 😃 Spacious room, modern facilities.

The fitness room is so small and only two peletons and some yoga mats, I got up early for some weight lifting and got back to the room a little bit disappointed, no leg training needed in Tokyo, you’ll walk enough😂

There is a Need for one or two more laundry machines in place.

La localisation, centrale dans le quartier très animée de Shibuya (Shibuya Station a 2 minutes à pied, Shibuya crossing a seulement 5 min à pied). Beaucoup de restaurants dans les étages inférieurs de la tour, Check out très rapide !

Le taxi a eu du mal à trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel, qui en fait se situe au 4e étage de la tour. Il aurait fallu que l’hôtel nous prévienne de cette particularité.

Cool designed hotel in an amazing location, connected directly to Shibuya station via the sky walk with plenty of restaurants in the building complex. Short train/subway ride away from all major things to see and do in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were compact (which is to be expected in Japan) but still well laid out and functional. Breakfast was tasty with a mix of continental and Asian options and housekeeping always did a nice job when touching up the room.

Laundry machines were wash & dry type which didn’t dry very well when washing a larger load of laundry. Also there were only 2 machines for the whole hotel so sometimes it got busy. Would also have liked to have a bit more counter space in the room at the sink area. And a snack vending machine would have been nice (there was only one with beverages).

Location is the gem

Parfaitement situé à deux pas de la gare de Shibuya, le lieu est idéal pour vivre l’effervescence de la ville de Tokyo. Moins artificiel que Shinjuku, bien plus animé, le quartier est parfait pour commencer votre visite. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans le même complexe que l’hôtel ainsi qu’un supermarché. La chambre est propre, silencieuse, petite comme toutes celles de la ville mais bien conçue et on s’en accommode facilement. Le personnel est très aimable, c’est le Japon, et toujours disponible pour vos questions.

Een heerlijk schoon en comfortabel hotel. Op uitstekende locatie. Kamers en rest van het hotel prachtig ingericht. Er is 24/7 drinkwater of fris te halen. In de grote luxe lobby ook een bar aanwezig met af en toe live muziek. Kamers zijn voor Japanse begrippen erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk bed en prachtig uitzicht!

2 wasmachines voor het gehele hotel vond ik erg weinig. Altijd bezet!

L’emplacement au cœur de Shibuya (il faut aimer l’animation urbaine!), la vue plongeante sur ce quartier bouillonnant d’activités, le confort et la déco de la chambre, les nombreux restaurants à proximité.

I loved that the hotel was located right near Shibuya station - the location was so central and easy to get to. The check in and check out process was seamless and fast, and the staff were very lovely and helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and size of room was good too. We particularly like the location as we could have meals just downstairs at Stream Mall. There were many restaurants including a cafe for our daily breakfast.

It does not have a concierge so it makes making reservations at good restaurants as most of these restaurants require the hotel concierge to make the reservations.

The location is excellent, adjacent to Shibuya Station with all the transportation options and atop several levels of concourses that included restaurants and shops. Our room was impeccably clean with a view across the city.

We had Japanese baths in the other Japanese hotels on our trip and liked them a lot after a day of sightseeing. It would have been nice to have had one at this hotel.

Great location for exploring Tokyo. Spacious, quiet rooms. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and public transport. We especially enjoyed the multitude of pastry shops tucked away in the lower levels of Shibuya Scramble Square, Shibuya Hikarie and also Shibuya Foodshow. Highly recommend!

Breakfast could go on a bit longer - last order is 9.30am.
