Third-floor rooms are very good and clean. Lift sometimes creates problems. But overall good facilities and a good location. All staffs are cooperative. The hotel must run a simple pre order restaurant facility on the top floor will be good for guests.

Suggestion: Ground floor rooms must be clean and maintained properly.

Staff was friendly

We were billed twice and the manager of the concerned OYO was not available to validate the payment I had done online. The receptionist did not have the data on the payments and made us pay twice for the same booking. Despite multiple reminders the manager did not attempt to rectify the issue.

Cleanliness is clearly not strong point of this guesthouse - mattresses and pillows are smelly. Washroom is also not up to the mark. Facilities are also very sparse. Basic facilities are lacking - air-conditioning remained switched off, no hot water in the washroom. Water was provided in a dirty water bottle. Staff are also disinterested. Overall experience was very poor
