Location of the resort was close to all attractions without feeling congested. Staff was great and was able to help us arrange/book outings throughout the stay.

While the pools were nice the surface in the pools were rough, all in our group ended up with cuts and scrapes on feet and hands. Several people at the pool (outside of our group) had similar experiences.

I didn’t like that when I got to the resort had to put a deposit down and booking.com didn’t tell me bout this. My room was unlocked and open when I first came to my room. The housekeepers trying to come in on us in the morning while we was still there.

there was no breakfast provided! The pool area was nice they are doing some painting on the backs side right now so a little messy! They do have a washer and dryer in the room that was nice the beds were fairly comfortable my back still hurt a little in the morning. They had security by the pools that was nice.

We had large ants in both the bathrooms. The dryer lint thing could of caused a fire it was so full it took over one hour to dry a very small load of clothes so we cleaned it and the next load took twenty minutes so clean your dryer vent before using. Some one in the next apartment I think they had a do it kept me up both nights we were there it literally never quit barking. I still dont understand why you have to clean up the whole place and pay someone to come in and clean up just does not make sense to me. also they do have someone trying to get you to buy into their Hilton vacations did not see that coming had no idea they were associated with Hilton and I am a Hilton Honors! I think for what you get it was to much money! They definately need to power wash and paint the entire place it really needs a cleaning soon.

I loved the texting service. I loved how it was off the beaten path but still close. I loved the amount of space in the room.

The balcony view was beautiful, the rooms were updated and very comfortable. I don't have any complaints.

Amazing staff, the hotel uses sms to communicate with guests, they check if you are happy, if everything is going well, etc.
