Restaurants, museums and supermarkets nearby. The beach is only 15 mins walk away and the area feels very safe. The flat is very clean and comfortable with air-condition in all rooms. The host was very helpful and the view from the terrace is great(although I had to work a little on my fear of hights).

Good apartment, well equipped and spacious with a lovely terrace that has super views over Plaza de La Merced and the city. Well located with key attractions very close by, and just a 15min walk to the beach.
Note: there are building works in progress right next door currently with some noise and dust, but not really much inconvenience.

Apartment, location, host all 5*. Would stay again and/or stay at one of the host's other properties. We also used the airport transfer which went very smoothly.

This rooftop apartment is modern inside and well equipped to handle all of your needs. The terrace(s), the view, the location and the customer service make it a perfect spot for a night, a weekend or longer. I highly recommend

Gorgeous flat centrally located ! The terraces are spectacular and interior modern and comfortable. Lift is helpful. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores are a plus.

The apartment is absolutely lovely to look at and the outside space and facilities are superb.
Not sure that the electric toilet, which kept making noises throughout the night, was a great addition to the facilities.
As mentioned by another reviewer, the lift was rather old. We do however understand that this is part of the building and it's location.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a nice terrace. Second bedroom felt a little small, cluttered and claustrophobic, but main bedroom good. Felt price point was a bit high given this. Could have done with some more towels. Good service from Solaga as always.

The apartment is in a great location. Very close to restaurants, bars and a short walk to the beach. The terrace is fantastic and a perfect place to watch the sunset.

Big furnished terrace overlooking the old town, only few steps away from old town, many great restaurants and sights nearby. As well transfer was perfect, and to harbour only 15 min. to walk. We liked quite everything.
The elevator to 7th floor probably needs to be replaced as soon as possible, was a little scary .

V tomto apartmánu jsme prožili s přáteli krásnou dovolenou. Apartmán je velmi prostorný, je perfektně vybavený, nechybí tam snad nic. Vše fungovalo na jedničku. V apartmánu byl i hudební reproduktor Sonos, což nás velmi mile překvapilo a denně jsme ho využívali. Perfektní jsou obě terasy, kde se dá také opalovat, pokud někdo nechce chodit na pláž. Posezení na spodní terase je kouzelné, snídaně tam jsou nezapomenutelné. Jednání ze strany majitele apartmánu bylo perfektní, okamžitě reagovali na každý dotaz na Whatsapp. Měli jsme menší problém s elektřinou a velmi ochotně a rychle ho řešili. Jediná menší výtka za nás je, že by mohly být nachystány alespoň 2 sady ručníků na každou ložnici, abychom si nemuseli ručníky prát nebo alespoň v apartmánu nechat prací prášek.

The Terrace is wonderful and a relaxing place, The location - near to la Plaza de la Merced - is perfect and there are many restaurants in the immediate area. Solaga are an excellent Company with, in the main, people who care about their renters. Speaking personally, I would not look elsewhere for providers of rented apartments in Málaga.
We last rented the apartment in 2017. It is understood that the apartment changed owners recently. Many of the photographs on the Website show the apartment 'as it was' before change of ownership. For example, the dining table is now very basic compared with the white table and leather chairs beforehand and the settee is not as in the photograph and it, too, is basic Some of the facilities provided will need attention soon. There were only two of us but if rented by four people, there would be problems in some areas particularly with cooking facilities and utensils.

What can I say? You need to stay in this apartment. It is simply amazing. Clean, modern, quiet and has an amazing view. We had reservations about being so close to the plaza due to noise but it was wonderfully quiet due to great double glazing, even in the front bedroom. The double terrace is absolutely huge and gets the sun all day long. We had lots of fun simply chilling and reading but also watching the people in the square below while drinking coffee from the Nespresso machine (pods available at Aldi for about 3 Euros for 12.). Great location and extremely comfortable. Solaga made check in very easy and were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My wife and I have been to Malaga a few times and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We will be back. I highly recommend!

Location is ideal for travellers seeking a central location in Malaga. There are ample restaurants and attractions including the Beach in close proximity. The property was very clean and well appointed in terms of furniture and decor. In addition, the outdoor patio is very large and offers a nice view over Plaza Merced.

This was our second trip to Malaga and it did not disappoint. There were fantastic views of the city and the sunsets were unforgettable. This home was updated nicely, clean, had everything we needed, and the check in was seamless. We would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to experience the city side of Malaga.

It's a wonderfull apartment. The location is very central, The terrace is large with a nice loungeset and gives a great view at 'Plaza de Merced' . The service from Solaga is very very good, (with a special thank you at Steffen) . We had a wonderfull stay and we will certainly come back to this place.
The wifi connection is not that good, it sometimes drops out.

Had a great holiday in Malaga thanks to our beautiful apartment and fantastic staff at Solaga. Nothing is a problem to them. The apartment is faultless and plays a big part in making Malaga so enjoyable, not forgetting the food and wine obviously. Will definitely be back.

Ignore the entrance to the building as the apartment is fabulous. Spotless and well laid out. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms is great. The terrace is fabulous and the view lovely. Roof top area great for sunbathing, nobody can see over. Near to Malaga centre and great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Not too far from beach. The only small negative is that you are very close to a square full of cafe bars which do not calm down until 2.30am, so there is some noise if you are in front bedroom. It didnt spoil our holiday though, which was fantastic. A big thankyou to Miguel who checked us in speedily and gave us great tips and advice. Would definitely come back!!

Location and terraces are spot on. Elevator was very good. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic views of the city and mountains. Numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Solaga representative met us as we arrived and the information provided was excellent. We will use Solaga in future.
Foot switch lamps at side of bed are not practical.
There were 2 single duvets on a double bed which doesn't work. As there was only 2 of us we were able to change it over from other bed. If there had been 4 of us it would have been a problem.

Fabulous property in heart of Malaga. Bars and restauarants within metres of the apartment. Building is a bit dated but apartment is bright and modern. Two good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Lovely open plan kitchen/diner/living room. Fantastic terrace and roof terrace complete with sunbeds, awning and shower. Great place to kick back with a G&T after sightseeing. Loved Malaga - even better than I thought it would be. Great rooftop bar - Batik just down the road and all the bars and restaurants of Plaza Merced on the doorstep.

The apartment is very well equipped and maintained to an excellent standard. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had in holiday accommodation. The outside terrace space is what really makes this apartment special-comfortable furniture and an amazing view over Malaga.

A very comfortable flat with wonderful terraces right in the heart of Malaga. We loved being able to walk everywhere and the wonderful combination of the city amenities together with the wonderful green pine forest below the Gibralfaro and the beautiful gardens around the Alcazabar. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here with our cousins and we couldn't have been anywhere better. The 2 large terraces have stunning views across Malaga. The location is perfect with bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep and within walking distance of the marina. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The furniture is very comfortable and it is very tastefully decorated. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.
