Great location and kind staff.

It was noisy in the night, not clean enough and small rooms. Overpriced in general. We didn't find it comfortable. Besides, it is very difficult to park near the apartment. However, it is in the center of Zadar.

Very central. All walking distance. Friendly people. Nice and clean. We also took breakfast in the morning.

It was weekend and therefore we heard music and people on the streets.

This establishment is really compact and clean. Friendly staff. Close to everything and ideal if you are traveling on a budget.

The reception was super helpful and gentle, carried my suitcase upstair to the third floor. Pretty good help and information, he explained everything in the bedroom with attention. The location is very nice as well. I recommend this place. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

There was no breakfast when I was there. No lift to the third floor (but the reception young man helped me with my suitcase). Everything was fine.

The location was very nice. Also, the receptionist waited for us (we arrived at 11PM) so it was really nice of them. It was easy to get there, a 20min walk from the bus station.

The room was really cold. This is due to the winter and probably we were the only guests, so the floor and the walls were really cold, hence the whole room was really cold (we used air conditioning to warm it up, but it was cold immediately when we lowered the temperature to the normal 22 degrees).

Location is superb. Right in the old town yet quiet at night time. The beds had pristine clean sheets.

The bathroom was a big disappointment. I am not a big fan of plastic curtains but if you use them please wash them from time to time. Preferably using bleach. This curtain was hideous. One of the cups for brushing your teeth was full of tiny hairs (probably somebody used it for shaving but nobody cared to clean this afterwards. The soap holder in the shower was full of black mould. Wi-Fi connection was unstable at the best.

Simple and clean room in convenient location. Comfortable bed and room. Very accommodating host happy to store luggage for us. Good value for its price
