The place was clean, well-equipped, and accessible. Communications with the host and the check-in process were smooth. Would stay here again in the future.

Owner is super approachable and respond very quickly to my inquiries. The unit is well maintained and clean. I love the high speed fibr internet. I was able to work during our stay. Also, inside the residences there are amenities such as pool convenience store, some food/drink shops and laundry shop. Location is superb! The pathway to SM North is very convenient. Overall experience is a 10-star for us. We'll definitely book again. 😊

We found nearly all gate security staff were really good but one day after being here for 8 days one security guard insisted that we show him our welcome letter from the host. But even though we had other identification on us we were not carrying the welcome letter from host & it was really made us feel awkward as no other guards had asked us for this previously. In the end he had to take our word even though we showed him our booking on booking.com which even had both our names listed there as booking the Condo during the dates there.

Location is perfect. Security is also a plus factor

The bed was not very comfortable for me.. It is wrapped din plastic vinyl that makes the sound evrytime I move. This is also because I'm a light sleeper so I hear it. The mattress is also thin,, a thicker one would be more comfortable Kitchen is equipped except there's no microwave.
