Our experience could not have been better. The property was as beautiful as the photos looked. Jasi was an amazing host answering questions quickly both prior and after our arrival. We had family staying in the house with us and hosted our wedding on Saturday. People couldn't stop commenting on how amazing the house and outdoor spaces are. The valley setting was lovely. Highly recommend for hosting an event or just relaxing with a larger group.

The property is beautifully appointed and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the beaches at Avila and Pismo as well as to wineries and dining in and around San Luis Obispo. Our host was always available for questions and assistance. Our grandchildren enjoyed the big, fenced-in backyard and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and great room for meals and entertaining. We look forward to staying here again.

The farmhouse is absolutely perfection!!! When we arrived, the farmhouse looked exactly like the pictures in the online listing. Once we opened the door the house, it smelled fresh and clean. As we entered to the rest of the house, it was bright and just...perfection...."WOW" is the word that came out of each one of our mouths. Exactly like all other reviewers stated in the reviews, bake goods from Avila Farm (delicious) and a nice bottle of local wine...what a gracious host. The kitchen, pantry, linen & supply closets are all FULLY/generously stocked. Oh, the farmhouse is not stocked with warehouse brand supplies [Charmin toilet paper for example ;)] Jasi is the most amazing host you will ever meet! She checked in on us daily just to make sure we have everything we need to enjoy our stay and unlike most host, I actually didn't receive an email first thing during the day of check-out with a long list of "things to-do" prior to checking-out. The check-out was very simple. We know she takes excellent care of the farmhouse with beautiful decorations and fresh plants. Final note, unlike other places where we stayed, there is no rush to provide a review and/or requesting only a 5-star review, otherwise, contact the property manager directly. Our family of 3 generations from age 5-65 and 15-month rescue retriever enjoyed a beautiful family reunion at the farmhouse. This is absolutely a 5+star property and we have planned to stay here again soon!

The house and property were perfect for us! We had a group of adults. Yet, there was room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and plenty of room to cook and gather. A wedding reception was hosted in the back yard! Beautiful yard, the unique vintage trailer was fun for drinks and dessert bar. Really everything we needed from tables, chairs, outside heaters, BBQ, Traeger and enough room for event parking was included in the event pricing. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Close proximity to Shell Beach, pickleball, hikes, and fun activities to do around the house during down time. Plenty of space and away from the busyness of town. Absolutely loved this place

We were in town for a wedding weekend and traveled through torrential rains and flooded streets to get there from Orange County.. When arriving at the house, we felt right at home! Jasi and Gilbert had an apple pie and zucchini bread waiting for us. We turned on the fireplace, cozied up on the really comfortable sectional sofa and enjoyed every minute! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

The owners are extremely nice and the place is beautiful! It was the best-stocked kitchen that we have ever been to….and we like to cook!

The absolute perfect house for our 20th anniversary weekend. We enjoyed the house with our family and close friends. It was beautiful inside and out. The wildlife was an added bonus. If you have a small pup, make sure you’re outside with them at all times. The house is just incredible and Jasi and her husband are wonderful! Easy fast communication! The bunk room/garage gets a bit cold at night but there’s a bunch of blankets and portable heater. Just bring warmer Jammie’s during winter months. There’s fun outdoor games to play and really just everything you could possibly need, the house was equipped with. I feel so blessed to have been able to celebrate our 20th anniversary there. The couch and the beds are SO comfortable! The heated toilet seat in the master is amazing! Haha. Thank you Jasi and Gilbert for the welcome pie and wine! You guys go above and beyond! We are forever thankful and will never forget the memories made that weekend!

We celebrated our "Thanksmas" family reunion with 13 people staying at the Avilla Family Farm and a few more at the Spyglass Inn across the way. The bedrooms were comfortable and the floorplan allowed the late sleepers to have quiet while the early risers could enjoy the sunrise together. The kitchen and dining room were perfect to prepare and serve meals for our large group and we had a wonderful time! The yard was perfect for soccer, corn toss, and cooking on the Traeger smoker. All in all a fantastic place to stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this house and its owners. We were there for my daughter's wedding and hosted a brunch for 80 people in the back yard. Absolutely beautiful! Jasi was flexible and helpful and attentive to our every need. The house and yard were gorgeous and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, there were games ( bocce/cornhole/football) in the yard. Wine and a pie waiting for us when we arrived. We really couldn't have asked for a betting setting to prepare for our daughter's big day. Thank you SO much for everything!

Lovely, well kept home. Beautifully decorated. Huge backyard with BBQ, smoker, outdoor games. Everything you need for the perfect vacation home. Great location - Beach, Wineries, Farm Stand and Costco nearby. Beautiful property and great owners!! They answered all my silly questions and concerns and I truly appreciate it.

Plenty of space and light, place is very easy-going and great to come back to after the day/night out. Bonus backyard for puppy and family star-gazing at night. Owners friendly and responsive.

This was a wonderful house for our three generation 50th Anniversary Celebration. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone was comfortable. The backyard created a play space for energetic children. It was easy to get to the beach. And, street bikers and mountain bikers had great places to ride.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The property owner was easily accessible. The kids had fun playing the games provided. We enjoyed playing in the yard and getting cozy by the fire. We would definitely recommend staying there.

This home was absolutely perfect for our annual extended family Thanksgiving getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and extra blankets, and it's all one level (which was a requirement for us). The outdoor space is huge with a nice flat lawn with several seating areas, a bbq area, and lots of games provided. The location is ideal with easy access to wineries, beaches, and grocery stores. We took an excursion to Bruce Munro's Field of Light at Paso Robles one night, which was pretty spectacular. Check-in and communication with the owners was a breeze, and I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here...in fact, we will probably book it again!

Lots to do in backyard with many activities. It is the ideal vacation spot! Rental was awesome from the warm welcoming throughout the entire experience.

Our trip to SLO included 11 people varying in age from 1 to grandma! It was amazing! The inside of the property was vast ensuring everyone had their own area but the backyard was the highlight of the trip. My sister, business partners and I worked during the day while the kids stayed with grandma, auntie and their older cousins. They spent the entire day playing yard games and running around the yard! Everyone loved it. We travel in a large group so it can be hard to fight a property that’s the right fit. This property was definitely it! We will definitely be back!

The property is pristine and the location is the best - 5 mile drive to both Pismo Pier and Avila Pier. Had good time at Avila Farm with Kids which is 0.4 miles from the house. Overall pleasant stay - good backyard for kids to spend time and burn their energies. Full stacked kitchen was the bonus. Overall experience - we will come back again and Jasi was great.
