This quaint home is an amazing place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are perfect with one being a large shower. The " Dougout" is a great area for a game of pool or darts, or just watch TV. Oh, and the hot tub is perfect after a long day of exploring the Quarter,or the cemeteries. The neighborhood around this wonderful place is definitely worth exploring as well. The Country Club is right next door. There is a little deli 1 block over called Favy's , stop in for the best Oyster Po Boy you will ever have. Jim is an amazing host! You will enjoy your stay!

Our group came down for a trip and had an amazing time at this house. The location was great with a coffee shop that was walkable which was very nice in the mornings. The country club next door had great food and was a regular spot for us when we wanted to grab something quick to eat. In 15 minutes you can get to downtown or to Harrahs which was very convenient! The extra room out back was a life saver, we spent almost all of our waking time at the house out there playing pool and games. The hot tub was also used frequently and was very clean. The host was very nice and gave a thorough walkthrough and explained how the different locks and keys worked. I would highly recommend this house and we will be looking to stay here again if we go back to New Orleans!

I area is everything! Walk to what ever u need. There's plenty of bed space. Practically lived in the rec room. Over all great place to stay . Property owner is very kind even with my hiccups he was understanding. Definitely going back again!

Could not have asked for a better trip to NOLA. The place had plenty of space for everyone, and was clean and well-maintained. The lounge (separate building) came in really handy when others wanted to crash out or take a nap. Location was excellent, as we were able to easily walk everywhere--even in the heat. Jim was very polite and responsive, and a tremendous host (was my first time in NOLA). We had a perfect weekend, and I couldn't more highly-recommend this place or its host.

We had such an amazing time at the Nola home. Jim was absolutely incredibly attentive and gracious host. He checked in with us before and after landing and took his time walking us through his lovely home. He left local spot recommendation and maps for us to get around town. The home was so charming and has such wonderful character. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. Definitely would book again when coming into town. Jim you are amazing thanks again

We had a fabulous experience staying at Jim’s fun NOLA Place! Jim, the host, goes above and beyond expectations of any host I’ve encountered. The space was perfect for me and my family while staying here during a HOT weekend for a wedding; the rec room is the coolest spot filled with plenty of entertainment for all to enjoy. Ubering was incredibly easy and affordable in this location, and fun walking area to explore with neat bars to explore in the neighborhood! We highly recommend this spot to accommodate all parties needs, we will be back here again for sure.

This was one of my favorite places that I have stayed! The property was fun and accommodating and Jim was amazing and welcoming. He made us feel right at home and was very responsive, not to mention he met us at the property when we arrived to show us around. We also were able to check in upon arrival from the airport and leave our belongings until our flight (which was a 6:30pm flight). Jim made the trip easy and gave us good tips and guidance. We will definitely be booking with Jim again in the future! The property was clean and we had everything we needed and wanted!

The place was awesome, super fun and a great place to hang, especially the game room. The space was perfect for us and no issues with the heat AC was perfect. The location is amazing and super close to everything as well as some fun local spots like the country club. Jim the host was amazing, super helpful, welcoming, and we hit up all his recommended spots. He is a great communicator and helpful for the whole trip! Would go back and recommend it for anyone going to NOLA!

Jim is a wonderful host who met us when we first arrived to introduce us to all the features of the unit. He was quick to respond whenever we had any questions and was a joy to communicate with. This place suited our group of five perfectly and had several nice amenities including a great living/recreation large room that is in a separate building from the unit with the bedrooms and kitchen. The hot tub was also a nice feature. We rented bikes and it was easy to get to the French Quarter and anywhere else we wanted to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

This owner and property were absolutely phenomenal! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Orleans. Jim is the TRUE example of southern hospitality! First and formost Jim is the most excellent host there this!! Nola Place was a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed the recreation room and hot tub of course. The beds were comfy, the property was clean, and we had zero issues while we were here! We really enjoyed the neighborhood too. We were able to walk around and eat, drink, and enjoy art. Jackson Square and Bourbon St are in walking distance. The hospitality Jim provided was top notch, we will be back and Nola Place is where we will be staying!

This house was absolutely perfect for us, there was plenty of space for six people. The hot tub was amazing and the house was very well stocked. This is a perfect place to stay if you are trying to be within walking distance of Jackson square or Bourbon Street. Mr Jim thank you so much for sharing your home with us can't wait to come back!!

There were 5 of us in town for the Lions Saints game. The selection of bars, resteraunts, stores, and entertainment were more tham adequate. The Lounge Room gave us room to stretch out and relax when we werent out running around. Jim was there and flexible with oir arrival time. He took time to explain the house and area when we arrived. Great food within walking distance. The entire neighborhood lost power our second night but it was NOTHING the generator couldn’t handle, everyone was in the dark. We were relaxing in the hot tub. 5 stars.

This was the perfect place for our group. We never felt unsafe. The recreation and patio areas are amazing! It was a great way for the group to hang out and relax at the end of the day. It is close enough to walk to French Quarter. However, we did Uber there most of the time. We also enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and bars as well. I will most definitely stay here again!

I arrived before the rest of my friends who were flying in at different times and he helped me by driving me to get groceries. He gave us a throughout walkthrough of the entire space. We all had keys to the house. Jim helped us through our entire trip since it was our first time in the city. The recreation room was impeccable and a wonderful place to watch movies, listen to music and play pool. Jim was a gracious host beyond our initial expectations. We are truly looking forward to our next trip!

Property had excellent location with several good restaurants and bars a short walk away or you could walk a little further to Frenchmen's street or the French Quarter. Really good amenities on the property, our group enjoyed the screened in porch, recreation room and hot tub. Jim was an excellent host, very helpful during our stay.

When we first arrived, Jim was there to greet us with open arms and was an excellent host. We were worried about a/c when booking this stay, but to our surprise there was air conditioning in the main living area. We stayed here with 6 friends and the house was extremely roomy! Make sure to check out the amenities, we loved the hot tub and Rec room!

Met up with roommates from college that I hadn't seen in 7 years. This rental was perfect, we each had our own bedroom and some nice showers. The property is huge. We enjoyed the screened in back porch, hot tub, and recreation room before we went out in the evening or after we returned. The location was great. Several good restaurants were a few blocks away and the country club was two doors down. It was only a mile to walk to Frenchman Street or the French Quarter, very convenient. Jim the host was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave us several recommendations. Everyone we met in New Orleans was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again thanks to Jim's hospitality, the accommodations, and the neighborhood location.

It is about a 20 minute walk to French Quarter and has local bars/restaurants streets away! Jim was amazing and so helpful and accommodating! Plenty of room with an awesome hangout space. Jim was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating during our stay. Close enough to walk to the bars, but just far enough away to be able to get some peace and quiet and relax. Our group spent a lot of time in the entertainment area with the screen porch, pool table, and it was a fantastic way to save some money and have fun before going to the bars.
If I return to New Orleans with a similar sized group, I would absolutely be interested in staying here again!

The house was perfect for our family - cozy, clean, classic sleeping quarters with an awesome game room/hang space/porch and backyard! The hot tub was clean and hot and very relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. Jim was an outstanding host - fast responses, great local advice, friendly, and fun to chat with! He was very attentive to any questions we had and met us early in the morning to check us in after our flights delayed our arrival by 12 hours. The neighborhood is incredible - restaurants, bars, galleries, shops…and an easy walk to the French Quarter. Look no further - Book this home - we will be back!

The host Mr. Jim was amazing!! He met us when we got there and let us know how everything worked and showed us around! He had a map of everything around New Orleans which showed us what was close to us. The house literally is everything and more. We had 6 ppl and we all had a different room and everyone was very comfortable! The house is literally 2 houses down from a restaurant and 2 houses down from the restaurant is a bar! The street is very quiet and everyone around was really nice. We will definitely be back!!!

My group was looking for a place that we could relax, catchup but also had good proximity to some night life for when we wanted to venture out. This place ticked all the boxes!! We thoroughly enjoyed the games room and hot tub area. It was separate from the living quarters which made it easy for anyone who wanted to go to sleep early and for those who wanted to continue to do hang out without concerning themselves with waking up their friends.

We had the best time and this property was perfect for our girls weekend! Jim was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with, and eager to make out stay comfortable. There is a great rec room for hanging out and the beds are very comfortable after a long day in the city. The location of the house is perfect if you want to be near everything but not in the middle of the action when you are ready for sleep. The neighborhood has several great restaurants but the French Quarter is in walking distance. We look forward to staying here again!

We had an amazing time visiting Nola and would recommend staying at this property to anyone. We felt safe and secluded when it was time to go home for rest. Time spent staying in was always fun because of all the things to do in the rec room.
