There was NOT one thing we didn’t like !

1) Loved the setup of the house and the grounds: pool, etc.; absolutely beautiful! 2) Plenty of kitchen plates, etc. for a large group. 3) Ice maker was a wonderful perk. 4) Washer and dryer were very convenient. 5) Not having to go back to office to check out.

1) Basement bedroom had broken bed frame. They came to check it immediately & since was Friday eve, understandably were not able to replace until after weekend, I believe Wednesday. 2) Top kitchen drawer by narrow cabinet to left of stove has broken slides. 3) Upstairs master suite bath tub had lots of black crud come out of jets so unable to use them. 4) General cleanliness was not so good. Looked ok at first, but ceiling fans and top of high dressers were grimy. Some inside doors, specifically main floor master bathroom door was darkened around door knob. Don't mean to be overly critical, but for price of rental plus cleaning fee, should expect it to be cleaner. 5) When first arrived in town, tracked down office to check in and found out we did not need to show up there; simple call for code numbers would have been sufficient. Would have been nice to know that.
