We booked this apartment for 2 nights as we needed to extend our stay in Cebu. We originally stayed for a week in a different apartment in this building. That apartment had issues with cockroaches but this one did not. However, we were not given the room we booked as advertised. We were told that room was unavailable due to the current guests extending last minute. I was not happy but had little choice. The apartments are managed by caretakers and managers who look after many apartments for owners who never seem to be around or available to speak to. This apartment had no bedding until we complained, the microwave was filthy and had not been cleaned. The TV was poorly set up and needs maintenance, the bed was too small, overall it was poor value for money considering I did not get the apartment advertised and what made me book in the first place. We have been coming to Cebu for years so are not strangers to booking apartments. It's a shame as the apartment size and location was great. Better cleaning and maintenance is required at this one.

The parking, I paid for a slot but then on the second day the owner I guess decided to park there and I had to park else where. Good thing I didn’t block someone else otherwise I could have looked at a for fir parking illegally, good thing I reported it to the staff.

Their condo unit is the biggest! 2 big rooms, 2 Bath/Comfort rooms, and a huge space for living room and kitchen. Highly recommended! I'm greatly impressed with the cleanliness of the condo unit. The host is friendly and approachable, whatever things we need, she's always to the rescue ASAP. If I will be given a chance to rate it, I'll give a rating 11 out of 10. We will definitely be back again this New Year with my family!

Eveyrthing's good during our stay. Not to mention of the overlooking view of Metro Cebu, and the breathtaking city lights during evening. Highly recommended!

There was a issue with the two bedroom unit as wasn’t available even though it was available on booking.com but the host helped out and gave another room and refunded the difference
