Just spent a great week in Mikel's lovely house. It had everything we needed for a family of 7 , lots of space inside and a fantastic living and eating area outside. Mikel was a brilliant host, it kept us updated both prior and during the holiday with useful information and tips. As we didn't have a car, Mikel drove us to the local supermarket and back. He was able to accommodate our early arrival and early departure too. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay at this house if you are considering this area. We would not hesitate to return.

This villa had everything that was promised and more. The pool area was excellent and had lots of inflatables to use for the family. Miguel provided all the towels, bath, pool and beach which certainly helped. The villa was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. We arrived quite late but Miguel was waiting and had gone to the trouble of getting some food and drinks in for us. He provided lots of information and help about the area. I would definitely recommend this property to any family or group going to the area. We will certainly return!

We were met on arrival at the villa by the owner who welcomed us then showed us around the villa. The villa was clean, tidy and felt like home straight away. The pool was also clean and well used by us throughout our holiday. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy and everything in the kitchen we needed. There was a lovely outdoor shaded area where we ate at the big dining table. We were a family of 6 adults and one child and all agreed that the villa was great and Mikel was the perfect host.

We had a great time not far to the beach, very clean and the pool yard was a sun trap all day. The owner was great as well. We had our grandchildren over for a short while and they loved it. The beds were very comfortable. Regards Andy

Maison mitoyenne très mal insonorisée , chambre qui donne sur le salon du voisin et le soir pas moyen de dormir avant 01h voir même + , la cause voisin bruyant ( blabla , music, tv : fort )avec chien qui aboie souvent peut importe l'heure de jour ou de la nuit (déjà arrivé à 03h du matin ) A première vu belle villa , après avoir fait le tour on constate quel est mal entretenu , fissure au mur,certain interrupteur qui ne fonctionne pas ,trace d'infiltration au plafond, la plupart de l'électro-ménager vieux: pas terrible , bas de gamme. Télévision : uniquement chaine Espagnol et Anglaise par satellite Je ne recommande pas le titre de ( Fantastique Villa etc...)

We are a family of 7 and we had an amazing time here. The house is huge and spacious and it was clean on arrival and felt like home straight away. We used the log fire every night and cooked all the time saving us so much money on eating out. The only issue I had was that the pool was dirty and not cleaned so we were it able to use it atall during our 10days. This was not advertised or told to us that the pool would be closed so I had 3 very upset teenagers and this was very sad for us. The owner assumed we wouldn't want to use it as it was winter. However it was 23 degrees and teenagers are brave and would of jumped in everyday. Instead they went in the sea but we couldn't go everyday as my parents in law wernt good at walking too far. The pool for us had many reasons for the family so it was a spoiler. Saying all this I could not fault anything else.

Four adults and a baby in our party. We had everything we wanted in this house that was comfortable and provided all we needed. The bedrooms we spacious and well furnished, plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment. We used the juicer every day to have fresh orange juice. The pool was nice and well used while we were staying. Plenty of bed linen and towels provided and we could use the washing machine when needed. Nice outside area with a lovely covered and well furnished area to sit and eat. Mikel, the owner was very helpful and even took me to get a small shop as we arrived late. Nothing too much trouble. The travel cot provided did not go up properly and Mikel got us a new cot the next day. A 7/10 minute walk to the quiet beach with a few bars and restaurants. A further 10 minutes walk took us into the main part of Torrevieja. We had a car and we found it useful for shopping and travelling to other parts of the coast, which we found enjoyable.

Fabulous villa and fantastic pool , we loved everything . Very spacious , we were a family of 7 staying for 2 weeks and never had any problems . Fully equipped villa with excellent WiFi . Very quiet and private . Our host Miguel was just lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his villa for a relaxing holiday .

Very nice villa and absolutely fantastic host! Miguel helped us to get used to city and facilities, and because we arrived on public holiday, he even took us with his car to the local supermarket which was still open to refill the fridge for first night/morning. Location was very peaceful, and was close enough to city center / beaches even with kids aged 5-7. All I can do is to recommend this villa / host.

Absolutely brilliant. Villa was superb, Miguel was a fantastic host, showing us around, where local supermarkets were and such. Loved the place, never wanted to go home. Andy, Claire, Connor, Kathleen and John.

We stayed in this villa for nearly two and a half months, our host Miguel met us on our arrival he made everything very easy and turned out to be more of a friend than just our host, he and the villa were fantastic, and i would have no hesitation in recommending this property for anybodys holiday or longer stay, thanks again Miguel for making us so welcome.

Everything we could possibly ask for as a base for our holiday. Clean, spacious and well-maintained property and beautiful outside area and pool. Mikel the owner was a lovely host and even drove us to the supermarket and showed us around the area on arrival. The villa even has a few handy extras like English TV and a filter tap, so there is no need to buy bottled water. Can't recommend this property enough.

The villa is very spacious and very well equipped. The pool is clean and large enough if you like to swim surrounding pool area has loungers table and chairs. The covered area is large with large table with room for 6-8 people to dine at.Their is also 2 armchairs and a 2 seater comfortable couch with coffee table,also a 2 seater swing . This Villa offers a home from home and I would recommend this to any Family who wants a relaxing holiday. Security of the property is very good with an electronic gate if you rent a car if required .Their is also a door which is opened by a key which double locks. Miguel the owner is very helpful and is contactable by phone at all times. There is also a utility room with washing/drying machine. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer and good cooking facilities,also an outside barbecue.

We were six adults who stayed at this house for three weeks. It was fantastic. The house was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The owner was a nice person who was very helpful.

wow wow wow this villa is fantastic for any party size,my wife and i along with 6 children 14 to 16 have enjoyed a two week stay.we have been enjoying taking our holidays in privataly owned villas for over 15 years some good some bad and some donwright ugly but Mikel yours was absolute heaven.If i were to build my own villa as you have i would use your blueprint,the layout and lofty ceilings give a great feeling of space.i would recommend highly you try this villa you will not be disapointed,the pictures do not tell the full story.

We booked this villa for an extended month long holiday. The villa was spacious as we had different family members (from a toddler to a grandad) coming and going during our stay. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday, tea towels, bath & beach towels, spare bedding etc etc. The owner was there to greet us on arrival and even drove us round to show us the local area. There is an adequate beach within a ten min walk but a fab beach at La Mata (a ten minute drive). No local shops nearby but a big Carrefour a short car drive away. Everything you could possibly need was there. The pool was clean and the barbeque area great for outdoor eating. We spent all our time round the pool and then ate all meals round the outdoor table. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and aircon throughout was a welcome relief. The large gates gave fab privacy and security in a residential area. The villa had wi-fi which was welcomed by the teenagers. A recommended villa for all holiday makers.

We booked villa in june our party was 5 adults 1 child there was plenty of room, the villa was very clean and well maintained. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and could not do enough for us.The plants and flowers around the villa made outside as attractive as inside..we have traveled a lot in spain and prefer self catering and I would recommend this villa very highly we are going to book again for next june but we are going for 2 weeks.
