Great service, the reception staff were very professional and friendly. Liaised directly via Line to arrange for free shuttle pickup. We got two way shuttle pickup from/to airport for our 2 nights stay. Communication were clear and straightforward. The hotel also partnered up with a car rental company, and helped us arrange for our car rental, which can be picked up directly and returned at the hotel, the hotel staff helped with the handover so it was really convenient! Discount is available for hotel guests for car rental as well. Hotel property and hotel room was very clean and nice! Very impressed :)

Location was about 20 minutes walk to Magong harbour which is a tiny bit of a walk, but you can also choose to get the hotel to book a taxi for you. Bed is comfortable but pillows were not great. Only offers 2 pillows for queen size bed, and charges for extra pillows if needed.

Very new, modern designed, and clean hotel. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was strong/hot; there is a nice common area with coffee/tea available 24/7. The staff was very warm, kind, and helpful. They are able to arrange tours and car rentals. There is a 7/11, Family Mart, and PX Mart within walking distance; the neighborhood is okay with a few restaurants, but not much else around. (If you want to be in the city center or near the beach, it is not ideal; but if you have a car/scooter it shouldn't be a problem.)

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Front desk receptionists were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They helped us to book an island hopping tour, motorbike rental, as well as taxi rides to the town. The breakfast is a delivered from local breakfast shops to the hotel every morning, and there are a few options to choose from everyday.
