Villa Nada is an excellent 4 bedroom property. It has all the facilities you need, we were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and everything we required was provided. The space both outside and inside is amazing with plenty of room for us all

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nada, communication prior to travelling was good and check in very straight forward, the Villa was immaculate, we were surprised at how spacious it was, the photos do not do it justice, it is equipped with everything you need. The pool is a great size and heated to a great temperature. There were 6 of us staying at the Villa and we never felt on top of each other at any time, the fourth bedroom is perfect for anyone wanting a little bit of privacy. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, however the neighboring complex was a little run down, this could be down to COVID hitting the tourism industry. There is a small supermarket a short walk away, but if you are hiring a car there are larger supermarkets just outside of the town with a larger choice at a cheaper price, the walk into town is about 20 mins and mostly downhill, if you wanted to get a taxi back up it is only about 3 eruos. All in all we had a great stay at the villa and didnt want to leave!

We arrived at the villa and was met by Sue. Although we arrived before check in time, Sue provided use of a room to leave bags and freshen up. After lunch in the pub we arrived back and the villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Lots of outside space and a lovely clean pool. Sue was on hand to help with any queries we had and looked after us all during our stay. A fantastic holiday from start to finish.

Villa Nada was a lovely place to stay first time our family had went to a villa and we all had a great time, the villa is a 10 min walk from a supermarket shop and not far from the main town it was only ever 5 euros and under in a taxi no matter where we got it from! Sue was very helpful and Allan was great too. The villa is very clean would definitely go again

Just returned from a 11 day stay at villa Nada. The holiday from beginning to end was perfect. The villa was lovely modern, clean and plenty of space for a family of 8 adults.The location is excellent plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Enjoyed that much already booked again for next year

This property is the definition of 5 star accommodation, very spacious and high quality interior, large outdoor area with superb pool and complete privacy. Fully functioning and modern kitchen if you tire of eating out. Outdoor brick built barbecue which is great for entertaining in the outdoor area. The villa has its own secure, personal driveway which is great if you want to hire a car. Great location with stunning views. Would definitely recommend staying in this villa.

Excellent villa for a large group. We were 7 adults and one baby and were slightly worried that it'd be a bit cramped but this wasn't the case at all as there's loads of outdoor areas and indoor space so we all felt like we could had our own space but could also all comfortably sit in living area together. It's like a home away from home with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing week. We made a lot of use of the big barbecue and outdoor eating space which was lovely. The villa is very well appointed, only 10 mins walk to supermarket (short drive to bigger one and shopping centre) and 20 mins walk downhill to the restaurants and beach. Some of our party preferred to get taxi home which took 5 mins and cost less than €4. Pool is clean and heated. The agent Sue is lovely, lives nearby and really helpful. Highly recommend this villa!

Super holiday in this luxurious villa in caleta de fueste.All mod cons a true home from home.Mr Hill was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to my e-mails and calls.Spacious bedrooms and en suite facilities were fantastic.Outdoor areas are well equipped and swimming pool was clean and spacious. Although weather was fantastic the kids enjoyed the good selection of TV channels .Lovely walk down to centre with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Superb modern villa with all the home comforts.Great sized swimming pool area and super roof terrace for sunbathing.Owner was prompt in all correspondence.Looking forward to returning again.Fantastic holiday experience.

Had a great holiday in villa nada plenty of room for everyone loved the pool area plenty of sunbeds for everyone we didn’t want to come home can’t thank allan enough for letting us have his villa and sue the agent she is lovely we really want to go back hopefully next year

Villa Nada is a lovely home from home villa, comfortably furnished with all the mod cons you need & very well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfy beds and with 3 bathrooms in total it made it easy for all 6 of us to get showered and ready to go out for a meal in the evenings. The outside area is beautiful and definitely our favourite place to relax as a family, the pool was a big hit with the kids too. Just a 10 minute walk to the monticastilo centre where there is 2 supermarkets and a good selection of bars and restaurants chaplins is one of our favourites with very affordable food. A further 10 minutes walk down the road and through the underpass will take you to the centre of caleta the sports lounge is another favourite for only a small bar it shows a good variety of sports. Pieros is another good bar showing sports through the day and the bar really comes alive in the evening with its live entertainment we went there New Years Eve and the atmosphere was brilliant we went early to make sure we got a table as it gets very busy so we ate there first and the food is good and reasonably priced. Fado rock is a really good steak house you need to book as it gets very busy. Fusion 22 is a great indian restaurant we definitely recommend. There is a market on saturday's on the wasteland before the underpass and if you turn right on the main road you can see the big shopping centre with a large supermarket, shops, cinema & bowling. We love this area of Fuertaventura. And Villa Nada has definitely been the best villa we've stayed in so far. Can't wait to return!

2nd stay at this villa and it’s absolutely stunning, we were shocked at how clean and new the villa is 4 years on from our first stay! everything you could possibly need is supplied. Superb communication with Allun, Will definitely be booking again.

Beautifully furnished and very spacious accommodation. This is literally a home from home. Super comfortable lounge area which we hardly used due to lovely weather. Fantastic kitchen with all utensils if you wish to cook and a great barbeque area by the pool. The heated pool is fantastic for cooling down anytime of day and plenty of sun loungers for all. Very comfortable seated area outside which would easily accommodate 10 people. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. 2 very large double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 1 twin within the main villa. Lovely self contained bedroom round the side of the villa. All furnishings throughout are to a high standard. A 15 minute downhill walk takes you to the heart of Caleta and a further 10 to the marina. Well worth the additional walk. Try El Faro for a sunset cocktail. Bliss........ Taxi costs are around 3 to 5 euros. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and if I was returning to Caleta, I would certainly re-book.

We booked our stay quite a way in advance as we knew the area we wanted to stay in from past research. Allan was always on hand during the booking process and throughout if we had any queries or concerns. We arrived slightly earlier than expected but it was ok to leave our luggage in the annex whilst we went shopping and the villa was cleaned. I have stayed in a few villas over the years and this was by far the best ever. There is so much space for everyone inside and out and so much thought has been put into things - plastic plates for the children to avoid breakages, board games and books for when you need them and a folder containing local information (taxi numbers, excursions etc) the tv signal and internet was a bit hit and miss at times but that’s one of those things and meant my teenage son had to go outside and use the pool! Speaking of which, the pool is simply beautiful- so clean and warm and very big which was perfect. The location is spot on, just about 20 minutes at a slow pace downhill and 3 euros uphill in a taxi. Could not recommend Villa Nada more, we will definitely return on our next visit to Fuerteventura.

What can i say this Villa is just amazing, this is better than a home from home, everything you need is there for you, very clean, comfortable and the heated pool is just awesome, plenty things to do and see, theres a great wee pizza shop 2 minutes from the villa that does awesome food, 10 minute walk to all thenightlife and bars but if you wan to just chill then this villa is the place to be.

Villa Nada was exactly as it looked in the photos, in fact it was even better. It had everything you could possibly need and was spotless. Plenty of room for 6 adults without getting under each others feet. Private pool was amazong. Location was ideal, no car required as you are within walking distance to most things. Dealing with Allan was a pleasure the same with Sue also. Would thoroughly recommend and we will most definitely be booking up again.
