I liked the location, on the beach

houses a little bit old and misses some comfort furniture

the environment is really good it is a calm place. nice to relax.

I had 2 big problems with this booking. the first one was when I was doing the check in and I haas informed the staff that I would stay only until 19/12 as our flight had changed and we couldn’t stay until 20/12 how I had booked for and I would like to pay only for that. The staff said to me I would need to pay in full and then contact booking to claim for the refund but since then I couldn’t get my money back. the second big problem was when the same staff was charging uns for the rest of the payment she took a photo of my credit card what is illegal in Brazil and also around the word as I have never seen this in my life. on the same moment I questioned her and she said it was a company procedure even if the costumer don’t agree with that. the owner of the place sent a text to me saying they deleted the photo but, how can I know if this is truth or not ? anyway, this shouldn’t have happened. To summarize I couldn’t get my money back and also my credit card was taken a photo.

The mattress was too old and uncomfortable One of the rooms smelt like children pee, they tried to clean it but that kind smell sticks to it Too many people on the other houses competing for the loudest music

Garden anda locaton were great

The furniture and appliances are old . The decorations aren't nice.

Nice little chalets right at the beach that have everything you need. Great for families as you’ll have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and your own kitchen. You park your car right next to the house. There is a nice swimming pool with a separate kids pool. Staff and owners are friendly, service-oriented and very helpful. Be aware that the chalets are outside Maragogi, so having your own car/ transport is recommended. Great value for money!
