The space was clean, toilet with window. Bedding was comfortable. Lighting setting of room is nice, I like the uplight on the headboard which provide soft illuminate to the space at night. There are many café around the property.

Regarding the air con and ventilation system. Few things to talk about: 1) Cannot adjust room temperature The room was a bit cold, so I tried to turn off the air con, but after I switch it off, still can feel the strong air flow from the louver, so I contacted the staff & he said its for ventilation which is not been able to turn off. The air from the "ventilation" is cold and strong. And there are no openable window, so not even been able to get some warmer air into the room. As now is summer time so I wear T-shirt only. It was so "windy" that I had to wrap the quilt on me when I tried to sit down working on the desk. 2) The air system is noisy. It was OK when daytime with those sound from the ventilation unit. But the noisy turns very noticeable at night when the surrounding was silent. The noise blow my head. I tried to sleep, but woke up several time by the noise, Struggle to sleep back. 3) Staff ignore the issue. I contacted the staff, not asking for changing of room since I only stay for 1 night, but tried to tell them the issue so they can fix it before rent to others. But the staff was not taking my feedback serious, didnt ask me for further detail or try to find a way helping me. Even I told them it was really noisy to me that I tried to sleep inside the toilet. - So conclusion: (base on my room, not sure if this happen to all the other unit in the property) If you are not afraid of windy and a bit chilled room, and not very sensitive to noise, this room is good for you to stay since it was clean and tidy, with a spacious toilet. No recommend for temperature and noise sensitive traveler. I am a backpacking traveler so I used to sleep in share room with 4-10 people, so I consider myself not the kind of person with super sensitive ear. To make it more rational, I tried to download the sound meter to record the noise level. FYR, from my headboard it is around 50-65 db. I dont usually leave feedback in booking.

The wardrobe light was flashing after we stayed a while in room, and the phone was out of order. So we went to the lobby directly and requested for changing room.

staffs are efficent, nice, prepared the room key for your check in. Room depends on your luck, I have stayed two times there, one is very small another one is nice. I dont complain since I dont pay much. Its a good deal if you compare with other 4 stars hotel in hong kong. Good for ladies since its only for female and i dont have to worry security and "cleaningness" issues.

my first time the room is very small cant even place my luggage, some of the room face construction very noisy cant concentrade for work. ( I booked it for online meeting, work, so I always stay in room during day time, if you are travellers not gonna stay in room during day time its not a problem at all. )
