¡Bienvenido a Cambios en Latitudes! Déjanos mostrarte de qué se trata la playa. ¡Esta espectacular casa de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños completos y 2 medios baños con piscina privada es una visita obligada! 50 metros de las playas de arena más blanca del Golfo de México. Estamos a 15 minutos del complejo deportivo Frank Brown y del anfiteatro Aaron Bessant Park Park en el Pier Park. ¡Estacionamiento privado! Espacio para remolque Thunder Beach y carro / camioneta.
Esta hermosa casa tiene 3 niveles: en el 1er piso hay una espaciosa sala de estar, una mesa de comedor con ocho asientos, 4 taburetes en el mostrador y pisos de baldosas en el primer piso. La sala de estar también cuenta con un televisor grande y una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas y electrodomésticos de última generación.
El segundo nivel tiene otra sala de estar con televisión, reproductor de blu ray, un bar con fregadero + 1/2 baño, un sofá cama Queen con memoria y hermosas literas. Este nivel también cuenta con hermosos pisos de madera noble y un amplio dormitorio de invitados con una cama doble y un baño completo.
El 3er nivel tiene el dormitorio principal con cama king, baño principal privado con ducha y bañera hundida. También en este nivel hay otro dormitorio de invitados con dos camas queen. La casa duerme cómodamente 12 y está al otro lado de la calle del océano. La casa también cuenta con una PISCINA PRIVADA recién renovada, con sillones para disfrutar de la vida al aire libre en todo su esplendor.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful and eveything was very nice. The host thought of all the extras with lots of towels, trash bags, even a few kcups. She was very responsive and helped us check in when we had problems with the app. We would recommend this host/house to family and friends.

This house is perfect! It is clean and spacious; so close to the beach and other places. The location enabled the big kids to walk to other places - getting ice cream, food or shopping, etc. The house has everything you need, including a nice, working washer and dryer set.
The host is incredible. I must say that we have never stayed anywhere with a host that comes close. She (Jessica) goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need - or want - to make this a perfect vacation. We will come back here any time we can.

Property manager was amazing! She was extremely responsive and patient. She even followed up on items accidentally left behind.
Two families with a total of 6 kids on the trip, including 3 one year olds, and the house accommodated the chaos very well.
Easy walk to the beach and the layout of the property allowed for the various nap schedules and routines.

We had the best time at this condo. The back patio and pool were perfect. The amount of space fit our group of 8 perfectly. The walk to the beach was right around the corner. Jessica was great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB!

We’ve booked this property more than once and every single time it’s been absolutely wonderful. Location is literally walking distance to the beach, which is great with young kids and a whole bunch of beach stuff to carry. Always very clean and well maintained. We absolutely enjoyed this house with our whole family! So many wonderful memories were made! We enjoyed this vacation with Our daughters and son in laws and all of our grandsons!!! So close to the beach so you can enjoy the house and the pool and the beach!!! The owners thought of everything!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

Wonderful property and location, plenty of room for 3 couples and a visiting couple. So clean and updated and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach! Jessica was incredibly helpful and so hospitable. Pool was a major plus, shaded around the late afternoon and so relaxing. Thank you Jessica for the opportunity to stay here!

Top-tier location, experience and owner
This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property and the experience was as perfect as it was last year. The house is amazing, incredibly well-stocked and the owner is very communicative, friendly and helpful. Anything you could possibly want/need is provided for you, including beach towels, toys and chairs. We loved the free beach chair service. This year an added bonus was that we accidentally left a load of laundry in the dryer and the owner mailed it back to us free of charge. We really love Jessica and hope to keep using her properties as long as they are available!

Excellent Property & Location
We loved our week-long stay at Jessica's place. Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything we needed to cook/grill all our meals for 7 people. There was a wagon and chairs for the beach that we used every day. The pool was super clean. Jessica even went out of her way to deal with some rowdy spring breakers who were staying in the house behind us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and Jessica was a wonderful host. We will be back!

A group of four moms and four daughters rented the home for a basketball team showcase week being held at various PCB school locations. The rental and checkin process was extremely easy and communication with the owner was easy, and she quickly responded. The residence was clean and well kept with plenty of sleeping and bathroom space to accommodate eight women. The whole property was well equipped and labeled throughout. The property owner had an awesome house and town guide that we found very useful. Ample parking for all of our vehicles. We will definitely return.

Excellent
My family rented this property for Thanksgiving and it was great. There was enough room to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was a nice size and had enough counter space for all of the food. It was in walking distance to the beach and not for from grocery stores and the mall.

This property was as close to perfect as you can get. Short walk to the beach and restaurants, private pool, clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. Could not have been a better trip. Enjoyed spending time with friends who also rented next door. Will definitely book again.

The hot tub jets don’t work, so it’s more of just a big tub, it’s also kind of dark in the back even with lights on so I bought pool lights, the bed on the 3rd floor needs to be replaced it’s not very sturdy, only 3 of the 4 lawn chairs were usable, other than that we really enjoyed the location and stay. Jessica was helpful and did try to fix the internet as well. The cable did work so we watched cable. Pretty peaceful area as well. Overall liked the stay.

STOP LOOKING AND BOOK THIS HOUSE
This is BY FAR this best rental experience I have had (in PCB or elsewhere). Let me break it down for you.
Cost: In previous years my family have been staying in 2-bedroom condos, usually for 4-5 days. Of course a house is going to cost more than a condo, but for just about twice what we usually pay, we got 3-4 times more space, 1000% better quality of furnishings, 2-3 more days (we stayed a full week this year), a private pool and excellent care by the homeowner, Jessica.
House: This house is HUGE, has ample COMFORTABLE bedding and it's obvious the homeowner actually put time and effort into decorating, furnishing and stocking. Simple, beautiful, everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, and enough trash bags and toilet paper that we didn't even need to use our own until the last day or two. Everything was immaculately clean. The pool was amazing. The grill worked like a charm (literally just pushed a button and it started up). There were beach towels, wagons and tons of beach chairs/toys/floats. You even get two rental chairs and an umbrella every day on the house. You just have to text them and let them know where to set up.
Location: Maybe a two-minute walk to the nearest beach access. VERY close. Since there aren't any condo buildings around, you can set up anywhere and there are 80% fewer people so it's nice and peaceful. A golf cart rental place two streets over, ice machine across the street, loads of restaurants/activities almost within walking distance. The homeowner even included a very helpful binder with restaurant recommendations and menus.
Customer Service: Homeowner Jessica is a local. Very prompt communication, very friendly, fixed the couple of issues we ran into (one wagon had a flat tire) very promptly and even thanked us for bringing it to her attention. She really wants you to have a good time.
If you can't tell, we loved this place. It (or any of Jessica's other rentals) is on the top of our list for future stays. Can't recommend enough.
