Appartamento pulito e accogliente

L’alloggio è molto carino e ben rifinito, attento a tante esigenze, direi che si trova, in poco spazio, tanto di cui godere, completo di stoviglie e ciò che più serve per un breve soggiorno, ci tornerò certamente. Lo consiglio.

Forse po’ caro il prezzo tassa di soggiorno € 4,00 a persona e sovrapprezzo cane al dí € 10,00, avrei preferito trovarlo nella prenotazione, lo trovo più carino anche perché si potrebbe essere sprovvisti di contanti.

Die Sauberkeit der Räume, das schöne Bad mit toller Dusche - Die klimatisierten Zimmer - Parkplatz vor der Türe - Und dass unser Hund willkommen war. Frühstücken kann man um die Ecke.

Die Hellhörigkeit störte in der Früh. Die Kissen waren sehr hart.

- unfortunately you can’t turn on ac and washing machine at same time as the power will trip,and you need to go outside the apartment to restart power - Wi-Fi at times was slow and not working but host tried to fix

Its a small but beautifully setup interiors. Within the small space, its a well packaged house with all amenities. Modern lighting and fittings. Switches for opening windows. House is exactly as shown in the pics. Extremely clean. Easy and smooth self check in. Very clear guidance provided by the host. We could park our car right in front of house in the street (its a dead end street in a residential place, so not much of competition for slots). We basically used it as a stop over to visit Florence, San Marino (our return flight was from Bologna). We did not explore the location that much. We had no plans to explore the city or old town. But street end there was grocery and few more shops. A couple of mins drive away was Mc D, Bank ATMs etc. We had no plans to explore the city or old town. Kitchen was adequately equipped to cook our own meals. They had also left sparkling water and natural water in the fridge.

When we were there, it was 39 to 40 degrees outside. Sweltering hot. While it was good that there is Air condition in the living room.. The chillness does not really spread to the bedroom. Hence at night we had to use the sofa bed in living room for sleeping. The sofa bed was not really comfortable. It creaks when you turn and also goes deep due to the weight. Actually the bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, but we could not sleep due to the heat factor and no air. We were afraid to open the window to avoid flies and insects (next day morning we noticed that the windows did have protective mesh). So we dont know if it would have been better with windows kept open in bedroom. while sleeping. Nevertheless an air cooler or fan in bedroom will be useful for summer days. Also there is room to improve kitchen stocks (basic stuff like salt, pepper)

Music boxes with bluetooth connection.In the bathroom and kitchen) Safe doors with code. Changable light in the bathroom. Looked even better than photos! Ultra soft bed linen. Electricly openable windows. Great chouce of coloures!

Not enought sharp knifes.

The owner Is super friendly, the atmosphere was very good and I enjoyed my stay!
