Magnificent view and nice breakfast

The things that stuff told about AC commands cannot be overwritten. The room could be in better condition. No place to dry towels.

The view, location, and outdoor seating area for breakfast / drinks at night overlooking the water was incredible.

Location was amazing and the staff was extemely nice and helpful with booking all the activities (it was less expensive directly booking with the hotel vs tripadvisor). The breakfast was also very good. Pretty good for the price we paid for in that area. Parking available on premises.

The only downside was the rooms. They were always clean but the room itself is a bit old and outdated. Also a bit small. We had a little smell issue the first night and they changed our room right away.

Nice place to stay at Kas. Clean, friendly staff, excellent location. Good restaurant on the roof with great view on the sea!

Might be a con for some - pretty steep stairs and no elevator.

Some service issues at breakfast: waited a long time for bread to be served to the table, and coffee kept running out. That being said, we came off season, which could explain why they might have been a little unstaffed. On the plus side, the quality of the breakfast was very good. Very steep steps inside the property with no elevator, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

100% Recommended I thought I had to do a trade off between location and view but with this hotel no. View. I love it, just in front of the ocean. The best view for sunset. Location. Perfect. 5 min walking from the main square, taxis, public transportation, restaurants, etc. Beach clubs also near from here. Staff. Very friendly and helpful , I had a miss understanding with the room, but the solve properly and fast. They are very kind so I felt comfortable and happy in the hotel. Installations. Great, the rooms are spacious, new, clean and comfortable. After one month traveling around Türkiye I had a good rest in here! Also they have a terrace and restaurant! Nice to relax a moment here. Extras. The internet was good. I could work without problems.

Great location on the Kas seafront

The property is dated. we stayed in a so-called suit, which was sub-standard in every conceivable way. it felt like a cage with very low ceilings. the windows were not soundproof and it felt like sleeping on the street. windows were dirty. finally, the breakfast was of low quality. there are many hotels in Kaş, which are in much better shape, more welcoming and much cheaper.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was not perfectly clean. The breakfast was under our expectations. AC in the room was old. Some lamps in the room had cold white bulbs so the room did not feel cozy at all.

Absolutely loved our time here. Kas was our highlight for the whole trip. The hotel is really clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is incredible - right in front of Little Pebble Beach, and a number of beach clubs nearby and to town for restaurants & bars. The breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel was great, with an amazing view of the ocean while you dine.

This is nice hotel with good location. Unfortunately our room was without sea view, but it was exactly what we booked. Hotel has awesome view on the sea from terrace at entrance and on restaurant floor where breakfasts were served. Kas is small town, so, hotel is close to everything. Breakfast was typical Turkish style. They do cleaning every 2 days, it was ok for us. Hot water available all the time, that is huge plus, it’s not common in Turkey. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. If I would be at Kas again I would like to stay here. Recommend.
