We had a wonderful vacation at this property. It was a senior spring break trip with our sons. Great location to restaurants. We loved being right on the beach! Nice condo and very clean. Ilene is an amazing host. I would highly recommend this condo for your next beachfront stay!

We enjoyed a beautiful vacation at Indian shores . Sandcastle II was our home for the week. Our host Ilene was superb. She helped us with everything. The condo was fully furnished and had a great view. We loved it and will be back.

Celebrating turning 50 this year on Indian Shores was perfect! I loved the pools next to the ocean, Caddy's across the street, miles of beautiful sand, and central to so many excursions! We were on the go every day including 2 days fishing on the ocean, one day of beach fun, we did 2 escape rooms, ann evening kayak tour with clear bottoms, and explored the area every chance we got! I'd definitely do this trip again!!!

We loved our time here. Some building/pool work on last day. Ilene was easy to communicate about it and another pool was available. Deck views are magnificent. Comfortable beds. Comfortable new living room furniture. 4 tvs. Nice sized kitchen. Appreciated the full dining room table so all of us could play games. Appreciated the swim shed on deck full of fun gear. Close to lots of restaurants. Thanks for a relaxing trip.

We spent a long weekend at the Sand Castle II. Our condo was well furnished and clean on our arrival. Check in was a smooth process. The view was outstanding as was the beach and the sunsets were amazing. It is close to many excellent places to eat.

This is a great condo. We had 4 women in our group but could definitely accommodate more. Extremely clean, updated, comfy beds and furniture, updated baths and kitchen. Great location on beach, delicious restaurants nearby. Ilene ( property manager) communications are fast and check in is flawless . Highly recommend.. we had a wonderful time. Very safe and secure.

The host has gone to great measures to insure her guests are comfortable, have what they need and provide beautiful accommodations. We loved the location and appreciated having a nice yet casual restaurant directly across the street. The beach was gorgeous, the swimming pool was adequately heated and there are covered cabanas you can rent right in front of your beach. You’re only a short distance away from Clearwater Beach or Treasure Island yet this location provides a more quiet, laid back atmosphere that is less crowded than CWB. We would have loved to extend our stay if this unit would have been available.

There was plenty of everything needed for a vacation - bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, kitchen supplies, all the little things that can make a difference!

Right on the beach
We booked this a week before arrival! It was great for our family trip. We loved how close the beach was and that it was not crowded. There’s not a public beach access close by so it was only the people staying at the condo in our area. Caddy’s Pub is literally across the street and has great food! Ilene was very responsive and has anything you will need for your stay (pool/sand toys, beach chairs, condiments, etc.)

Beautiful, restful getaway
Love this location on the gulf. Mornings and evenings watch the dolphins as you enjoy your deck view. We’ll stocked condo, beds comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the beach.

Perfect place for a beach vacation. We had a great time here. Condo is close to restaurants and you can’t beat being right on the beach. Everything listed was accurate and the check in/out process was easy. We will definitely be back again!

This gem is fully equipped with anything you would need for a beach stay and more! From ample amount of towels to anything you need for the kitchen to every beach thing you need. The property manager is responsive and wonderful. Could not recommend this property and area more highly!

The accommodations are spectacular it feels more likely well run to hotel than anything I’ve ever been in. I plan on returning next month if I can get a room!

Ilene was very accommodating and her place was great for families. There was a well stocked kitchen. There were lots of sand toysfor kids along with plenty of nice beach towels and chairs. The high chair and pack and play were very appreciated. We had a great time!

This property was in a Great location right on the beach. All of the photos are super accurate. The building itself had many great amenities gas grills outside, pool, hot tub… Close to great restaurants. We are a family with adult children and we all enjoyed ourselves.

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, newly updated condo! Views were amazing, condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was fully stocked with necessities. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific
This is an excellent property in a great location. We stay in the area often to visit family, but we have small dogs, so finding a nice pet-friendly rental is difficult. This is one of the nicest we stayed at. Easily the cleanest and most well stocked.
The property manager was excellent to communicate with. At one point, we had the door handle to the front of the unit break off. The manager had it resolved in a few hours and was a pleasure through the entire process. This was above and beyond what we've experienced from other property managers in our past.
If I had to nitpick anything about the unit, it is a little smaller than similar units in its price range. I wouldn't recommend a very large family stay if you intend on spending a lot of time in the unit. But, if you are all about the beach and exploring the area, this property will be hard to beat.

Wonderful vacation !
Communication was great. Any question answered right away. Check in was simple. The condo was extremely clean and had just about everything we needed. Extras like shampoo soap, coffee is there for you so you don’t have to rush out to get it. The location is great . We did have to park out front because our suburban made it tough to park inside. The balcony had perfect views of the ocean and sunsets. Some good places to eat around. Our kids loved going to Caddy’s across the street. We had our dog with us and found a nice dog park close by. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Problem with elevator.
Only one elevator working half of the week. We were in 7th floor and this was inconvenient with three kids. We will stay in condo with less floors next time. Enjoyed our trip.

So relaxing!
We were looking for a property where we could sit and relax and just “chill” after the crazy year we all had endured. This property was perfect! The views of the Gulf were amazing and I thoroughly loved spending the mornings drinking my coffee and reading with the sounds of waves in the background. Watching the storms roll in were also a real treat. We will definitely stay in this property again if we return to Indian Shores.

Our access to condo was delayed from 3pm to 5pm by owner due to issue at condo. Condo was not clean when we arrived. Owner was kind enough to refund our cleaning fee but who wants to spend the first day of vacation cleaning. Our Expedition would not fit in owner parking space under building as parking space is small and has a full wall on one side. You’ll be fine if you have a vehicle the size of an Edge or smaller. Guest parking is extremely limited so parking was an extreme challenge for us. Asked owner to extend check out 1 hour to offset 2 hour delay to arrival access and was denied. Have stayed in the are many many times over past 40 years and felt this condo was over-priced but our options were limited because we needed a place that accommodated our small yorkie. PROS:Condo is recently renovated. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Beds and linens are great. The view from 7th floor is awesome and property pool is good size and very nice. Beach is great and owner provides a large stack of beach towels, plentiful nice beach chairs and several umbrellas, and lots of sand toys.
