The apartment is tiny but the outside space made it comfortable enough; the location - though 1.5 km far from “inframuros” , is nice because you can walk on the street alongside the beach of Sillon, with a beautiful view.

There’s only one bedside table and lamp; cleanliness not perfect but sufficient.

There is nothing to like with this apartment which is a rip off!

Over-priced, dirty, no basic amenities!!! Avoid at all cost! We arrived at the apartment on Thursday 2 June. At first sight it looked ok but was small. I was surprised to see that the toilet was in the bedroom while the shower and basin was in the kitchen which was quite inconvenient. But issues started right away. A foul sewer smell would come from the shower room which according to the host was 'absolutely normal and there is nothing she can do about it'! To note that we were not provided with any basic things like handwash, shower gel, even toilet paper there was a small roll and no extra. We were also asked to bring our own bedsheets and towels which we did or we should rent bedsheets for €30. However, there was no pillow covers or duvet covers either! The apartment was supposedly cleaned before we arrive. However my wife and son started having dust allergy and luckily my wife had her tablets on her. At night time when I opened the sofa bed, it was absolutely disgusting. Full of dust and random things on the mattress. We ended up all squeezing on the double bed. The next morning I called the provider and complained but she did not make any effort to understand and of course there was no way she was willing to refund us! She also said that she had deep cleaned the apartment in April and if we found it not clean then she cannot be blamed for unrespectful guests!! On top she expects us to contact her again when we visit St Malo!

Location is good, but that‘s everyting there was.

There is MOLD in the apartment, you can smell it as soon as you step in, and it only gets worse when you use the shower. All your belongings are going to be ruined by smell. The apartment is also dirty, the toilet smells of urine, and there is dust and dirt everywhere. We stayed just one night, although we paid for five. We got 100 euro refund and lost 400 euro. It was robbery, but I‘m still happy I chose to check-out. This disgusting apartment would have ruined our otherwise lovely stay in Saint-Malo. Don‘t let the photos fool you, they look pretty, but reality was a shock. You don‘t want to stay here!
