El apartamento con el maravilloso estilo de un edificio antiguo (techos de 2,70 m de altura, parquet de madera real en forma de espiga, puerta corredera con elementos de vidrio entre el comedor y la sala de estar) está amueblado con gusto y atención a los detalles. El apartamento ofrece 2 dormitorios y mucho espacio para hasta 5 personas en aproximadamente 95 m² de espacio habitable. Se puede llegar al tren (parada Trier-Süd station) en pocos minutos a pie (aprox. 800 m) y la parada de autobús se encuentra a unos 200 m de la puerta principal.
Puede llegar a Kaiserthermen, la catedral, la basílica o la Porta Nigra, el Museo Romano, el Museo del Estado, así como el teatro, cines, restaurantes o el Trier Stadtbad en solo unos minutos en autobús (incluso caminando, por ejemplo Kaiserthermen de fácil acceso, aproximadamente a 1,5 km de distancia). Apartamento central completamente renovado en el popular barrio de Trier-Süd. Las dos habitaciones tienen una cama doble (160X200 y 180X200) y están equipadas con colchones de espuma fría y somieres. La manta y las almohadas hechas de "material Thinsulate" transpirable también son adecuadas para personas alérgicas. Otra opción para dormir es una cama plegable para el quinto Persona. El baño está equipado con una bañera con ducha de cristal, radiador toallero y ventana exterior. La cocina está totalmente equipada y se abre al comedor (mesa de comedor para 5 personas) y al pasillo. Una doble puerta corredera con elementos de vidrio separa el comedor de la sala de estar. En la sala de estar, un amplio paisaje de sillones te espera para relajarte después de un extenuante recorrido turístico.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement nahe am Zentrum
Ein wirklich mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Appartement; modern ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht und für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Die Lage ist nahe zur Innenstadt, so dass man diese auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolle Wohnung für eine kurze Auszeit
Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine tolle, sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern.
Modern, hell, freundlich, zu Fuß circa 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, mit dem Auto alles sehr schnell erreichbar.
Lediglich die Zugstrecke neben dem Haus ist ein kleines, aber sehr ertragbares Manko.

Nette, sehr saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage und ist großzügig geschnitten. Sie ist hell und gemütlich eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Es ist nicht sehr weit bis in die Innenstadt. Das Einzige was etwas störend war, war die direkte Lage an den Bahnschienen. Es war doch schon etwas laut, besonders wenn dieGüterzüge nachts vorbeigefahren sind. Da es eine renovierte Altbauwohnung ist, konnten wir auch die Schritte der Nachbarn über uns sehr deutlich hören.

Kurzurlaub
Lage relativ nah am Zentrum, welches zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Direkt hinter dem Haus führt eine viel befahrene Bahnlinie
entlang (Fenster sind gut gedämmt, man hört trotzdem etwas).
Das Haus ist schlecht gedämmt, von den Nachbarn oben drüber hört man alles.
Die Küche ist nicht gut eingerichtet z.Bsp. fehlt eine normale Kaffeemaschine,man muss in einem Aufsatz brühen,bei der Kapselmaschine fehlt die Anleitung, es gibt nicht genug Weingläser.
Sonst gute IKEA Einrichtung.

Ich war für4 Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles super sauber und gut gelegen (nah zur Mosel und zur Saarstraße mit Geschäften und Lokalen.

Haben ein paar Tage Mutter-TochterZeit in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung genossen - Für uns gleich einer Wohlfühloase - alles mit Liebe eingerichtet - Wir kommen gerne wieder - auch wenn das Haus direkt neben den Bahngleisen liegt, ist es (wenn kein Zug vorbeifährt) sehr ruhig

Das Objekt von Frau Junkes ist sehr schön. Inneneinrichtung gemütlich, Stadt gut zu erreichen und alles sauber. Das einzige ist die Bahn, die leider auch Nachts fährt. Sonst alles super und freundlich.

Schöne, große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Alles Bestens; nur der Zugverkehr relativ dicht am Haus lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Really nice experience. The owners met me on my first day and took care of any issues I had during my two month stay. I appreciated that they offered a monthly rate and even had no problem when I needed to show up a day early. Roomy, cozy, and contemporary apartment, I would definitely stay here again.

All we could ask for!
We had such a wonderful experience in Trier and it was only made better by the hospitality of Sven and Sandra. Their flat is amazing. It had everything we needed; even bottles of wine for purchase.
Not speaking German was a disadvantage for some things but they went out of their way to help us. We'd stay here again for sure!!!

This is truly beautiful apartment. Light, bright and cozy at the same time. Very spacious which we did not expect. The furnishing are very comfortable. It is very close to the train tracks but we barely noticed them at all. The trains are so fast that by the time we noticed they were passing, they were already gone. Still worth mentioning if one is a very (and I mean very!) light sleeper. We found the WiFi just fine and had no issues with it at all. The city center is a bit of a hike, but not terrible. There are bakeries, restaurants, and super markets very close. We did have take out from a corner kebab restaurant that was excellent. Also had coffee at three or four cafes in the pedestrian area of the city center, all excellent as well. Trier is a lovely city. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A very neat and updated apartment with a full kitchen, nice size living room, and a separate dining area. Two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Very close to train station and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Everything was great with one minor exception, the wi fi did not work well.

Bei der Buchung schon freundlicher telefonischer Kontakt, schöne, helle, freundliche Wohnung, Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl wurden zur Verfügung gestellt, alles sehr sauber. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

We arrived at the apartment with a warm welcome from a friend of the owner. He took all the time to show us around and make us feel home. We noticed immediately how clean, organized and big the apartment was.
The kitchen has everything provided and a big refrigerator is also handy. The dining room is seperated from the kitchen which is nice. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. We slept amazing on the big soft beds.
Overall, we had a great weekend in Trier.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything you could need for great stay. The location was great. Just around the corner from the number 83 bus which is frequent and goes into the middle of the city. Sandra and Sven are great hosts and met us on arrival and departure . I would recommend it to anyone
