Great house in convenient location.

We did have to wait a bit for the code to get in however. We had asked for an early check in, as we were arriving in town around 12:30 and we’re told we could! However the code wasn’t given till about a half hour before the normal check in time. No big deal, but if you were arriving later at night this would have been a problem. I know I few other reviews mentioned the same. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 1 child! We loved that everyone had their own bathroom, and private/quiet and spacious bedrooms! However, The master had a big closet and dresser, but the other 3 rooms had small closets and no dresser. So if your they type to unpack and not live out of a suit case, this is something to consider to have a back up plan! The location was super close to groceries, gas, restaurants and more! Easy to grab door dash or an Uber as well! Yet, being in a neighborhood it was great for walks, and not hearing any traffic and such. A few things to note, but not to take away from our great stay; it does state that 3 of the bedrooms had KING size beds, however only 2 of the bedrooms had King size beds. The third bedroom had a queen, even though it was stated as a king. Then the forth bedroom had 2 twin sized beds ( perfect room for kids! It was very quiet and away from the kitchen and patio, so my niece slept great even when we stayed up!). It states that there are “king/queen…king/queen..king/full…2 twins” but it is only ONE bed per room aside from the kids room having 2 twins. The beds were okay, but the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. And the blankets were not the best. So maybe buy one or bring your own. Also, it did had a Grill outside, But it took some finagling to get it going, and was not easy to grill on. It definitely could use some maintenance and fixing. I know the listing doesn’t mention it having a grill, and maybe that’s why! It also had an empty tank unfortunately. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well! And we had PLENTY of bathroom towels and pool towels! And they were of great quality! Aside from the few downsides, We still would love to come back. I am still giving this rental a 5 star rating,

This home was exceptional ~ location, cleanliness, furnishings, very well equipped kitchen, beach towels, chairs & umbrellas and pool floats. Certainly a plus with 4 bedrooms & 4 baths. Our girl’s’ getaway couldn’t have been better in this home! Can’t think of a negative thing!!

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Beautiful pool with plenty of space & seating around the pool. Great location - just a few minutes drive from beaches, shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the home was perfect for where we wanted to be. Publix, shopping mall and tons of everything within a 5 minute drive. I didn’t realize that the home had not only 4 bedrooms, but 4 full bathrooms as well. There were more rooms than we needed but great for a larger group. The house looks tiny from the outside but is actually quite spacious and open on the inside. The pool was nice and private with a waterfall on the back edge that came on in the morning and shut off at night. I can’t think of anything to say other than it was a great house and our time there was just perfect.

Celebrated our boys 21st Birthday with our family. Great stay. Great place.

This will be a place that we plan to take our children prior to the start of school. We enjoyed the house and the proximity to the beach.

We loved our stay in Naples at Villa Kristen. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, very well stocked, and the pool was perfect. Our kids really enjoyed the area and the location was excellent. It was an easy drive to tons of restaurant options, very close to multiple beautiful public beaches, and a wonderful place to relax and make a family memories.

Nice neighborhood, nice house, clean, has everything you want

The house is very well kept and clean and appears to be a brand new house. The floor plan is very well laid out for multiple families and kids. Location was perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with glasses & dishes. Only changes for improvement: *provide essentials for bathroom & kitchen (detergent, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner and soap). Just enough to get started. *The pillows for the bed aren't padded enough, very FLAT.

Our niece lives up the the street and was married this weekend. It was so nice to have a relaxing quite place for family to sit and visit outside the whirlwind of festivities. Very clean and comfortable house.

Nice clean and new property. We used the property for a group of 4 sales colleagues to attend a meeting. House was perfect with 4 bedrooms and baths. Everyone had their own space. Thank you!!

Excellent house with all the things that you need in a home. Very clean and well kept. All the process was so easy, the reservation, the check in and every detail was just as we need it. The property owner answered our questions almost immediately. For sure, a home where you wish to return for a beautiful vacation.

Completely awful check in process. Once we landed in Florida we realized we did not have a code to get into the home. At this time it was the middle of the night in Germany which is where the homeowner lives. We should have been able to check in at 4 PM. We called Vrbo because we could not get a hold of the homeowner. Vrbo also unfortunately were not able to get a hold of the homeowner. We had been traveling with four adults and three small children. Needless to say everyone was tired, hungry, and now very cranky. Vrbo offered to place us in a hotel for the night. Thankfully we were able to get inside using an unlocked back door. We were given the code around 1 AM the next morning. There was no further communication or apologies for this issue. Completely terrible communication. The house was beautiful, some of the sheets and bedding were dirty when we arrived. There were no basic toiletries supplied. There were no trash bags, no paper towels, no dish soap, no extra toilet paper, no anything. I know it’s typically customary to purchase the these items however one or two of these items would have been nice. Beach chairs were functional, beach umbrellas were all broken, most pool toys were broken. All communication with homeowner is in German so you will need to translate everything. I highly do not recommend this home. Very poor management.

The house is very well located in Naples,FL . We found the house very clean and with enough booklets with instructions. It was an incredible experience. We are already planning for a second time there. I appreciate all the cooperation from the owners. The house was just amazing. You feel at home.

property was beautiful and everything was as expected. Only thing that was not good was that the AC was controlled by a system and we could not put it bellow 72. Florida is extremely hot in the summer months!

This property was very nice! The pictures didn't do it justice. The inside and outside of the house was clean and comfortable. The owner was also very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was totally redone and very comfortable for our foursome (4 bed - 4 bath). We basically stayed outside by the screened in pool and lounged on the comfortable outdoor furniture. Great place.

House was so nice! Everything beautifully appointed. This house was extremely clean, and very roomy. The outside pool area was perfect. We spent pretty much time in that area, We had a group of 7 and had a wonderful time. Everyone had enough space to be together or take some time for themselves. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus and there were pool and sand toys in the garage to use, too. We would definitely stay again.Thanks for a good time.

We had a nice relaxing getaway. There's plenty of room for the family to spread out and get some time alone when we were annoying each other. The pool provided endless entertainment for the kids. They woke up at 7am ready to jump in and were swimming at 8pm right before bed. The beach was a short drive away and wasn't too crowded. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus and there were pool and sand toys in the garage to use, too. We would definitely stay again!

The property met all our expectations, it was great.
