Grand y Grand Vista Towers son los dos edificios que componen este complejo. The Grand es la torre frente a la playa donde se encuentra mi condominio y Grand Vista es la segunda torre ubicada al otro lado de la calle. Los primeros 5 niveles de Grand Tower son un estacionamiento con una caminata sobre la torre frente a la playa. El resto de los niveles de esta torre son unidades de condominio.
El Grand Panama Beach Resort presenta una arquitectura de vanguardia, alojamiento de lujo, playas de arena blanca y fantásticas piscinas.
Esta unidad de dos dormitorios, dos baños muy bien decorada tiene muchos toques adicionales. Los colores neutros, acentuados con marrones, verdes, azules y beige, proporcionan una sensación relajada. La unidad tiene un toque de estilo de las Indias Occidentales, que ofrece un lugar informal pero elegante para relajarse y disfrutar de la vista. Ubicado en el piso 11 de la Grand Tower frente a la playa (unidad 1- 1108), las vistas son espectaculares.
El océano se ve mientras está sentado en el sofá, comiendo en la mesa del comedor o relajándose en la suite principal. El balcón tiene vista al Golfo de México, la gran piscina y las luces del centro de la ciudad de Panamá. Situado en el extremo este del edificio, las vistas no están obstruidas por otros desarrollos de la playa. Todo lo que ves son amaneceres, puestas de sol, la playa, el océano, la piscina de la laguna y el espacio verde ajardinado.

Great all around! Owner Jim was excellent to communicate with; check in was smooth our condo was perfect. Grand Panama staff was kind and kept grounds and pool clean. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back!

We had a great time! Jim was quick to respond and kept up great communication the entire trip. The condo was clean, provided all of the amenities we needed. It does need a refresh of paint and a few cosmetic updates but for us those things in no way took away from our stay. I feel bad that others don’t treat the place better while staying.

Condo and resort was very nice. Beautiful view of the Ocean from the bedroom. Living room and balcony. Nice decor in nicely decorated condo. 2 pools in both buildings, and everyone staying there was extra nice. Jim, the owner was the best. He made sure we had everything we needed and texted to check on us throughout the week. Could not have asked for a better host. We had a great time.

James was by FAR the easiest owner I’ve ever dealt with! He is the only owner I’ve personally talked to in my 30 years of coming to PCB! His cleaning lady Joyce was also great! Loved the view and the fact it was dog friendly! 1 complaint, which was not Jim’s fault was the parking at Grand Panama. They are refinishing the concrete and it was very dusty, noisy & limited parking. Also I think a lounger would be nice on the balcony. With a dog, we couldn’t both go to the pool together, & it would’ve been nice to lay out on the balcony. I would also suggest to Joyce that, if possible, next time she cleans she could reach under the furniture & bed with her vacuum, but I’m not complaining about the cleanliness of the unit as a whole because otherwise she did an excellent job! Also kudos to Jim, Joyce & her daughter for solving my TV issue! If you are a couple with kids or a dog or even 4 adults I recommend highly staying in this unit! Tim D.

The property was as pictured. It was a great location. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. The owner was very responsive to any messages and was concerned that everything was as we expected. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and kept the common areas clean. It was convenient to many places to eat, shop and attractions. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool. The weather was perfect during our stay. I would come again!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful unit. Jim was excellent with all the communication. He even called us a day before the trip to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. He was in constant touch with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The property is right on the beach and this unit on the 11th floor had an excellent view of the bay. The place was super clean and very nicely organized. It had everything you need for a great stay. We were 4 adults, three kids and a dog. Everyone had a fun vacation. The pool is clean and the tiki bar had excellent food. We highly recommend this place.

This property is in an excellent location. Overall the unit is very well maintained considering it is right on the beach. The amenities and beach were easily accessible and there were many shops and restaurants close by. Jim was very communicative throughout our entire stay.

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking in Tower 2 and also in overflow lots. There are also plenty of luggage carts which made it so much easier for checking in and out. Nice pool area as well. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

I’ve been coming to PCB for about 13 years now and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. Not only was the room exceptionally clean ( also add that it was ready an hour early) but also the communication with the ACTUAL human owner was amazing. Highly recommend
