Nice hotell in the center of Ludvika. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Excellent with parking for electrical vehicles...

Very nice staff. Bed was very comfortable. Safe parking was a big bonus.

Breakfast room was quite crowded.

- old facilities in the room: water dispenser was bot working properly. - shampoo and soup was refilled quite late. the last drop should have been used before they change it.

Staff were awesome especially the ones you meet at breakfast… they are smiling, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile! Location is great too!

Nothing Specific , but the parking slots got filled up quickly on the weekend so had to park outside

Food was amazing. Breakfast, and dinner. The black stone steak was the best meal I had in Sweden. Incredible.

I like the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were dark. Arriving at 6pm and being dark outside, one doesn't just want to go to bed. The only place that one feel properly illuminated was the toilet. The hotel and the room was also old, it has this look that it was made in the 80's or earlier than that and never renewed. Don't miss understand me, everything worked, but just as something that has been used for too long. Curtains that did not want to move and you need to persuade. Shower thermostat, that is cold or too hot. Light regulator that goes from poorly lighted to into_a_black_hole, but on the transition will glitch full on/off. The family room, was good sized, but the sofa-bed was... OLD... it creek when moving, it was not very comfy. In resume, It was and old hotel at a very expensive price.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was on the smaller end but sufficient for one night’s stay. The staff at Elektra is amazing! At the morning buffet we noticed that the messmör (a type of Swedish bread spread) had been damaged and to assure the quality of the food one of the staff ran to a nearby grocery market to buy a new tube of messmör – a type of service-mind I seldom see in Sweden.

Quite a few small issues with the room; door lock to bathroom was a bit faulty; towel dryer on full blast was not possible to turn off etc

One of the rooms was old worn while the other was recently renovated, a noticeable difference for two room priced the same.

Very clean rooms, comfortable matress, friendly staff, big room. Quite room. Very central.

Pillows were not great. Shower head too weak. Room standard of the room I got (standard queen bed) was average. Breakfast quality could be better.
