Cannot give enough accolades for our host. He even dropped us off at the railway station. The breakfast spread is to die for. All in all an amazing experience.

We loved staying at this villa! The hosts were just so kind and helpful! The breakfast was the best we have had anywhere (and we travel a lot)! The room was big and very comfortable and cosy. We wish we had known about this place so we could have stayed here for both the nights we were in Sintra.

The location of Villa Estefania is very close to the train station and city center of Sintra. The attention of Francisco, the owner, is excellent, the breakfast is excellent, very varied and on time and the room is clean and very well equiped.

The presence of cats in the house

This properties location could not be better. Minutes on foot from bus stop, train station, and center of Sintra but on a quite non-thru street. Parking was easy, safe, and free. Room was elegant, clean, and well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could want. The Host ,Francisco, could not of been more kind, helpful, and full of the best recommendations for Sintra, Lisbon, & the region. There are only three villas, all very nice, so I would book this listing immediately.

A quaint and stylish studio with plenty of space and surprisingly well equipped little kitchen. It’s a short walk into town and close to some great restaurants. We were recommended Incomum by Francisco and we were not disappointed. The tasting menu and accompanying wine flight was sensational. Breakfast at Villa Estefania was nothing short of amazing! A veritable feast of home made breads and conserves accompanied by local cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cereals etc, all beautifully presented by Custodia E Francisco. After such a sumptuous breakfast you will not need to eat again until evening!

The room was immaculate and tasteful furnished. Francisco and Claudia were excellent hosts and the breakfast was great. It included fresh baked rolls made by Francisco. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything.

Parking was a bit tight, but we found a free lot that was a short walk from the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Estefania. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and went out of their way to make things easy with our 1 year old child. The studio/room was spotlessly clean with a great shower and small kitchenette. Lovely authentic feel to the decor. Breakfast was delicious with local cheeses and homemade compotes and pastries,fruit etc . It is on a very quiet road, but only a short walk to the station - a bit of a longer walk to the historic centre. We loved it and would definitely come back if visiting again.

Hotel room are beautifully decorated comfortable, speciose, and exceptionally clean. the host is very charming, and the service is great. Breakfast is exceptionally generous and tasty. we loved this hotel!

Imagine you are visiting a distant relative, your mother's second cousin or an uncle you have never seen before. Or an old family friend. That's how we felt staying at Villa Estefania. The house is charming beyond words and the same can be said about the Owner (and his cats :) ). The villa is located very conveniently close to the train station and a walking distance form the town center, but the street is quiet and peaceful, nothing to disturb your rest. The room was beautiful and stylish, and at the same time very cosy and comfortable. The kitchenette and the bathroom have all the amenities needed and enough space to feel comfortable. The separate entrance to the room was very convenient, as we usually returned rather late in the evening. The breakfasts, prepared by our host, were exceptional. I loved the fruit, the hot bread, the selection of meats and cheeses, and of course the delicious desserts. I always sneaked some sweet treat with me for later :) To sum up - it was a charming stay that very much complimented our visit to Sintra. Thank you!

Breakfast with (5) cats and Mr Landlord was perfect. I got hot bread straight from bakery. I left next morning really early to the airport, and they brought me something to eat as well before leaving. Good King Size Bed to rest my suffering touristpoor legs. So beautiful villa with cool art, and only three guestrooms. Silent location, and chill room. Felt really special. Tranportation to Lisboa Airport worked perfectly too. Recommending for single travellers, or in two.

Wi-fi was a problem. TV-channels are not working either. So that is probably one thing which should work perfectly. (I was ending my holidays there, and it was not that important anymore for my short visit, I didn't want to make any fuzz about that there, not my problem, you know. i didn't want to spend my last holidays figuring out that, but, just saying.)

Probably the friendliest and most amazing host I have ever stayed with. They made our stay exceptional, despite corona restrictions.

Bathroom adjacent to bed and flushing extremely loud (woke me up at night) - but really a minor point. Otherwise exceptional.
