Home is in a great location near the owners club. The owners added nice touches including a new grill, s’mores kit, fully stocked coffee station and well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. The home is large and spacious with multiple places for people to hang out and lots of games for kids and adults. The outside of the home needs some work including painting and new deck. The towels had a musty dirty wet smell even though they were clean. Overall nice home and our family had a great time

We rented this home for a business trip for 5 people. The house was set up perfectly for us. the layout of the bedrooms was good and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked up a feast one night for our MGMT staff from the area. The location was convenient to Galena where we grabbed some pizza.The house was clean and well maintained, although the deck could use a little extra maintenance.

Great stay for our annual friends vacation! Every room has an en-suite bathroom and there was plenty of room. We also loved the screened in porch and the use of the community pool. Exactly as advertised plus some!

Overall the home was great. The bedrooms, mattresses, and bedding were wonderful. We loved the ceiling fans and open concept. The whole family enjoyed the pool table, arcade game, shuffleboard, and a few the hot tub! The couches and chairs were all very nice and comfortable. Additionally, having access to garage and the 2nd refrigerator was awesome and should be listed as an asset!
The number of bathrooms was ideal, but the toilets all still had blue cleaner in them when we arrived. Additionally there was a shortage of towels both per bathroom and to travel to the pool with. There were very few washcloths for the bathrooms or the kitchen. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we had hoped, but we have fairly high expectations. We are a large multi-generational family that cooks at least 2 meals daily. The grill should be upgraded as it struggles to cook evenly due to some "repairs." This caused some adjustments to our menu that were not ideal. The pool and rec center were lovely, but the guests before us didn't return all the passes so we were 3 short the entire week. $5/day per person.
PS- We did see wild turkeys walking through the yard early one morning, which was very cool:)

We had a wonderful weekend here with our multigenerational family. The bedrooms are all nice, quiet, comfortable and private. Lots of areas to gather, play and relax. The hot tub was great, kitchen well stocked, screened in porch lovely and view from the deck was so calming! There were a couple of items not stocked (hand soap in powder room, coffee filters in kitchen) that would have been nice. But overall no complaints from our group!! Just lots of fun times with our family and great times for our group including toddlers, tweens, teens and grandparents alike!

We LOVE this house and hope to stay there again soon! So many thoughtful details (extra pillows/blankets, games, s’mores supplies, etc.). the whiskey room and loft area were great! Only a couple negatives (and they weren’t a huge deal), but the deck is pretty worn and we had a couple splinters and there were only 7 amenity passes, when a house holds 14, a pass for each guest would be expected. Overall, it was a great trip! The host was very helpful!

Our family of 13 stayed in 446 Territory Dr. We had all different age group, we came in on Friday afternoon until Monday morning. We use everything the house provided. The grill worked great they even had an extra gas for it. The Hot Tub was wonderful, warm , big, easy to use.. We had a fire in the fire pit two of the nights wood was supplied by the house. What we all enjoyed was all the different area people could just hang out in. There is a screened porch, a library, a sitting room, a large deep deck on the backside that went from one end of the house to the other with many entrances, a game room down stairs kept everyone happy, and a huge open main family-kitchen area with plenty of seating area. The place was clean well supplied, a lot of TV in a lot of rooms, kitchen had about everything one needed, 2 refrigerators, 1 in the garage and a large one in the kitchen. We had room for4 cars parking in our driveway.Our internet stopped on Saturday, someone answered the phone when I called about the problem, and someone was out to fix it within an hour. I told them about the small coffee pot was not working and he brought a new one with him when he work on the internet. We went to the Club both days WOW! Drove into Galena, I would recommend going early or go on a weekday it’s busy on the weekend. It was a great find and planning to return soon!

This house is exactly as described/shown…it’s simply amazing! Beautiful decor, functional in every way (furniture layout with lots of seating, kitchen stocked with every accessory needed). We brought a group of teens with us and they loved all the games, hot tub, fire pit, etc. I can’t imagine a better house to entertain in. The only downside was the karaoke machine would not power on. But with so many other activities to choose from, it was obviously not a big deal. We enjoyed the owners club rec center too.

We were here for just a few nights, but my wife and family thoroughly enjoyed the separation of rooms, large TVs in areas, game room, and hot tub. The beds were top notch, everything was very clean and organized. After a long day on the slopes, it surely helped the muscles. The shuffleboard was icing on the cake for me, brought back memories. The multiple coffee options, and double set of washer/dryers would really work well for larger group. It was just 5 of us, but we would return for sure! Thanks for a great stay!

Really enjoyed the home. It was quiet with a large, private lot. The rooms were all quite large and comfortable. Only there for two nights so didn’t get the full experience of everything the house had to offer but used the pool table quite a bit. There were other games, a nice fire pit and hot tub, so there were a lot of nice amenities. We only had a few complaints. the main room of the house got hot in the daytime as the sun came through the many large windows. Shades would have been a big help. Also, nothing to do with the house, but cell signals are almost nonexistent in the area.
That makes it very hard to use maps on your phone to navigate.

Great location, great house/property! Everything was as expected except there was no wifi for our weekend stay and there is no cell phone reception. There was no way to reach the property manager unless we drove out of the Galena Territories for cell service, because the landline there was also non-operable. At the point when we reached the managers they stated there was nothing they could do. Overall, it was great - but that hiccup with the wifi was a little frustrating for our group.

A great space! Very comfortable. It could use a little upkeep--a good deep cleaning and a couple small repairs. Kitchen was well stocked. I had seen reviews saying it needed coffee mugs but now there are plenty. Parking was a concern initially but we parked 8 vehicles in tight. We weren't going in and out so it was fine. Management was helpful. They connected us to Clubhouse so we could have extra parking if necessary.

Let me start off by saying we had a blast! There was a total of 12 of us and PLENTY of room! They have lots of games for both children and adults. BEAUTIFUL views.
However they cleanliness of the house was subpar.
All the light fixtures were FULL of dead bugs. The ceiling fans were covered in dust. The cupboards and drawer fronts were filthy. The master bathroom's shower had mold all over in the grout. Cobwebs all over, in corners, light fixtures in bathrooms, and windows. The light switches were covered in food/ dirt. You are allowed 2 trash cans for garbage without having to take it to the dumpster however the cans were not emptied from the last guests.

Everything was as described and in working order. We had 5 children (under age 8) in our group and it was a good fit. The house had a lived in feel but everything worked. We cooked pretty much every meal, and all the supplies we needed were there. Occasionally it seemed like some kitchen items needed to be cleaned before using. If you shower in the downstairs bathroom, make sure to close the door and use the fan as to not set off the smoke alarm :)

While my sisters and I enjoyed our stay there are several issues that need to be addressed. The coffee pot that was on the counter took an hour to complete one cycle. Two of the showers were either all hot or all cold water and one on the lower level did not work at all. The fan and light on the screen porch did not work and the porch and deck both needed to be cleaned. There were cigarette butts and spider webs on both decks. The light fixture above the dining room table was full of dead insects. The house is very nice but is in need of some updates and a very deep cleaning.

The house was big and we loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The great room was a plus and the screened in porch was lovely. We enjoyed the firepit as well. However the carpets were very dirty and stained throughout the house especially on the stairways and one of the bedrooms had dirty stained comforters. The kitchen counter had an electrical outlet coming lose and didn't work. This was an okay property but didn't live up to the reviews we had read about it.
