Amazing Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is amazing and the yard is even better! Very spacious and well designed. Would love to come back when it's warmer so that the pool/spa and yard could have been enjoyed more! Would absolutely consider staying at this property again! Easy check in and out and the property manager is great to work with - very responsive!

Amazing property
We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. What a beautiful property! The grounds are spectacular. Everything we needed was furnished. The beds are comfortable. The fireplaces and seating areas outside and inside were perfect.

The Casa Blanca hacienda, casita, and surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful. The photos on the website do not do them justice. It is an amazing place. The best vacation property I have ever stayed in.
The onsite management team was really nice and very helpful. There was a minor issue with the irrigation system that was handled quickly. Thanks Adi!

Paradise Point!!!!!!!!
Just stop looking at other rentals. It’s done. This is the place!!! Adi is the best property manager ever :) This house is paradise from front to back. Everything is simple to use. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. The privacy is unmatched. The yard is basically a little park. The night time yard lighting was my favorite. The shower pressure is best I’ve ever experienced in my life! I could go on and on and on…
If you have the opportunity to stay here do it and be done. You literally don’t need to leave the house. The kitchen is perfect. There is an ice maker and a bar and big beautiful open doors and windows and natural light and I cooked and BBQ’d and practiced golf and swam and jacuzzi’d and napped and watched movies and listened to music and took baths and woke up to peace and quiet and nature and just wow everything! Truly Amazing!!!! So blessed.

Awesome family celebration/vacation.
This property was amazing! We were blown away by how perfect it was for our family. There was more than enough space for 3 families. We cooked together, swam together, enjoyed family game nights. We all hope to stay again.

It was almost perfect….
It would of been a dream vacation home, but with temperatures reaching 120 it made it more than we could handle. The property was beautiful but too hot to really enjoy or swim in the pool. Any other week and it would have been one of the best getaways. It is a hidden treasure and would like to return again someday.

Perfect family Escape
We had a great stay in this lovely home. Perfect amount of space for us with our 2 married kids, their spouses and kids. Everyone had a great time as well as their own space. It was the perfect location and property.

Great Property...had a good time during our stay!
Enjoyed the property and grounds...we had a great time! A bit bothered that we had to pay for utilities....I've never had to pay extra for utilities at any vacation rental before so that seemed a bit aggressive as well as asking us to do laundry after charging a rather large cleaning fee...... seems a lot to ask for a paying guest.......
But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Even better than the first time
This was our second time staying at the property. Adi addressed every question and made our stay absolutely wonderful. The house and surrounding grounds are magical and the perfect place for a reunion with friends or family. The outdoor pool/living area is hard to leave. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything you’d need. We can’t wait to come back.

Beyond my expectations
Everything about this property was first rate. The grounds are expansive and offer countless areas to enjoy the pool, putting green, BBQ, outdoor dining, outdoor TV lounge. This was an ideal place for our family reunion.
The actual property was even more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The entire place was immaculately clean and e check in process with Adi was smooth and easy.
We can’t wait to return!

Perfect estate for getaway in the desert
This property is professionally maintained and is literally a perfect getaway from the city life. It is against a mountain on one dide which makes it very private and it helps a lot with noise either from the house or from outside the house from neighboring properties. The property has a lot of little details that when you stay there for a couple days you start realizing the beauty and design. I would highly recommend the property whoever wants to feel like they're on their own five class resort with a classic architecture and inviting design. I never write reviews but I felt like for this property it was worth the time because we'll definitely be coming back!

Annual boys golf trip.
This year Palm Springs area. The Casa Blanca worked just perfect for us. Really nice property. Four bedrooms (with luxury casita). Big living room. TVs everywhere. Very comfortable and clean as a whistle. Adi Gross was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Thanksgiving Getaway
What can I say about Casa Blanca....
Our group ventured to the desert not fully knowing what to expect for our Thanksgiving retreat from busy LA. Upon arrival we showed up to a luxurious compound, fully enclosed with white boarding walls on 3 sides and a mountain cliff on the other.
The house was as advertised with a large living space and a unique drop down bar. The bar was utilized in a variety of different ways and made an easy segway from the kitchen to the living room. It hosted our opening and closing prayers for the home from Santo Toribio Romo to a nice dessert spread while we enjoyed our thanksgiving meal!
We had one slight hiccup with the outdoor lighting, but the property manager, Adi, was in constant contact with us and was willing to work to fix the small issue - even on Thanksgiving day!
The outdoor amenities were unrivaled as it boasted a large pool and hot tub, roughly 6 seating areas around the backyard, massive 6 hole putting green, space for the kids and pups to run around and a 7 foot basketball hoop near the garage.
The finishing touch was the casita aka the Kielbasa Room. A nice little surprise to have an additional getaway from the main house.
10/10 would recommend. The group will be making trips back to Casa Blanca in the near future.

Jewel in the Cove
This is the third time we've stayed at Casa Blanca for an annual golf outing/fraternity reunion. The house and grounds are spectacular as well as the surrounding open space area. The property manager, Adi, covers all the bases when a reservation is made and responds almost immediately to questions and concerns that should arise once you check in . Looking forward to coming back next year.

The good, the bad and the ugly
The good: The yard is wonderful. Feels like a mini resort & very private. Adi was helpful in trying to work with issues we had. All service staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bad: Master bedroom has no proper blinds & gets bright early in the morning. Multiple remotes for every tv & some blinds, very confusing & instructions in binder not correct. Wifi very spotty. Sugar ant issue while we were there, constant line of ants on wall, sink & counters in kitchen.
The ugly: House is in need of a thorough cleaning. Master bedroom pillows are stained & have no pillow case protectors, bath towels are stained, old stain on master comforter that appeared to be dried blood?; walls need to be washed down especially in bathrooms; house needs a thorough dusting (spider webs found in niches by front door, behind blinds & in master bathroom shower; many stains on living room carpet; paint chipping & scuff marks on walls; filthy tracks in patio doors (especially master); master shower has rust, hard water & lime stains on fixtures & mirror (in shower); greasy/dirty grout line between kitchen counter & back splash (discovered while cleaning up ants); cracked grout around kitchen sink, general musty smell in house but the worst was discovering there is CARPET in two of the three full baths, master toilet room smelled heavily perfumed when we first arrived which dissipated after a day or two, we realize this was to mask a sewer smell coming from this toilet room which is no doubt from the carpet.
Bottom line: Adi did try and work with us to address the cleaning issues but having staff in for 2-3 hours would not accomplish what the house needs. We were told that they were so surprised given all the 5 star reviews they get. We were surprised too. Maybe the yard makes up for it & people just look past it so they can enjoy their holiday. We had other maintenance issues with yard & pool lighting, missing blind in bedroom, etc. All of this made it so we couldn't over look it. We were offered to move, but we had already had 3 days of back & forth & in the end the yard is what kept us there. But while the yard was great, we would not recommend this property for the reasons stated.

Impeccable property, very enjoyable
This property is clean inside and out with beautiful furnishings and awesome little nooks outside for hanging out. I had one minor issue the day before Thanksgiving, Adi responded immediately and within 2 hours all was well - great service.

Opulence in La Quinta
As a family group of 7 ranging in age from 21- 70+ we all thought the luxury La Quinta property was amazing. The check in procedure was simple and the house was perfectly set up for us with enough room for everyone to have space. The furniture and decorations were beautiful and we kept finding new treasures during our two-week stay. The pool was a real bonus as we found the 40+ heat quite challenging with 5 of us coming in from a more temperate climate and we could not have survived without the air conditioning. With a professional cook in the party we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen as on other trips we have had to buy various utensils but this time everything we needed was provided.
We were a bit disappointed that we could not access the internet in the master bedroom or the casita but this was not a major hassle. Two of the couples own short-term rental properties in New Zealand and were surprised to find on arrival that we were expected to wash all the towels before check out as we have not been required to do that anywhere else on our travels. Like other visitors we did find that the early morning sunshine was intrusive in the master bedroom with high windows with no blinds facing the bed but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to other travellers - although we would recommend going in winter!

Unique, large, peaceful, private and relxaing
We had a great time. Very relaxing and great property. Feels very private. Adi and her team are extremely accommodating and professional. The two resident roadrunners are fun to watch and a Coyote came strolling through. Pool is great, tons of places to lounge and relax. Chipping and putting, swimming, outdoor sunsets a great wet bar area. Too much to describe. Best value we've found and we will be back with friends and family. Thanks Adi!
