The property is set on a large block located in the heart of Dunsborough overlooking Dunsborough beach and Centennial park.
This property is large enough to accommodate 2 families with children and fur babies.
The house has a coastal holiday home feel complete with fireplace and includes all the requirements for holidays - board games TV and decking area out the front to enjoy food and drinks at sunset.
Our family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 young children) will definitely be back again.
Thank you for allowing us to make memories in this home.

This property was perfect. The location is within walking distance of the townsite and the beach. The sunset and the sunrise from the deck was magical. The home itself was perfectly described on the advertisement. I would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect location, everything you need for a basic stay, nothing glamorous. Disappointed in the quality of the bedding, stripping the bed as requested on departure, the doona was, for lack of a better word, disgustingly dirty. Shower head needs attention also, kept falling down. Minor improvements needed.

Perfect for us - nothing too precious. Very close to beach and town centre - no need to drive anywhere. We used the outdoor shower, shady deck and BBQ every day.

Not our usual 5 star accommodations but almost every we wanted was there. Comfortable beds, beach views from the lounge as we watched the storm roll in, laid back feel and great for our dog. Huge back yard, outdoor areas and lawns very well maintained. Parts of the house in poorer working order but all easily overlooked. Perfect location.

The location is great, beds were all made and clean towels. Kitchen has everything you need, just old appliances so it takes a bit longer to cook.
The cleaner hadn’t finished before we arrived at 2pm so the floors weren’t very clean. She tried to continue cleaning but that is pretty hard once there are a group of people in the house.
Overall the stay was good.

The location was fabulous for our family catch-up. Very much a beach house. The magic was on the deck under the shade of the established tree.
