Kaikoura's lovely South Bays Cottage
Sur Bahías Cottage está situado a menos de 100 metros de la rampa del barco y también el principal puerto deportivo. Esta casa de 2 dormitorios ha sido totalmente renovado en el interior con electrodomésticos modernos. Incluye banda ancha ilimitada. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y puertas correderas a la intemperie. El otro dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con una cama plegable que se puede sacar para usarla si es necesario. Ideal para los niños con una gran superficie para correr y una cama elástica completamente cerrado para jugar. Los pescadores estarán contentos con el estacionamiento en la calle para un barco y un automóvil. Esta casa se mete hacia tierras de la reserva.

This property was very handy to South Bay boat ramp, and easy off-street parking for the boat. We enjoyed our stay, the property had all the amenities we needed and was warm and comfortable.

Lovely little property - perfect size for a family of 4. Super warm and cozy. Given it relies on previous occupants to clean it wasn’t super clean on arrival (it was clear it needed a good vacuum), but all cleaning products are provided so not difficult to fix :)

Loved our stay here! My two young kids and I had enough space to run around outside and all the comforts inside for when the weather shifted and we headed indoors. Close to all of the best parts of Kaikoura and just a short walk to the peninsula track. Loved our stay!

It was very warm on arrival due to all windows closed in hot weather.
We would like to have been told where to take our rubbish.

We have stayed there before its a great place to stay and very close to all things we wanted to do and love it, but we think the people before us could of had a pet with them white hair over things. I would stay there again.

Ideal for fishing/ surfing trips (literally a stones throw to the ramp). Really private location tucked down a drive way. Clean and tidy, great little spot.

Overall the stay was great. Accomodation had everything we wanted.
But it was very clear that the previous people had not given a toss about cleaing before leaving.
Both beds were clearly used, blankets were thrown on.
The bathroom was not cleaned, still had belongings in it.
Floors had not be vacuumed or washed.
Very dissapointing.
We did leave in a much better state than what we found.

Our week-long stay in Kaikoura was an escape from Wellington and the chance to catch up with our adult daughter. As the weather was atrocious ŵe were very happy with the comfortable sofa and the flatscreen TV with Netflix.
We couldn’t use the dining room table which was on the deck outside because of the temperatures but in summer it must be bliss. Overall we really enjoyed the cosy little bach.
Communication with the hosts was outstanding; when we had problems with the hot water the plumber arrived in a flash and fixed it.
Thank you for a fuss free stay!
P.S. There is a recycling centre on top of the peninsula for rubbish and recycling.

We enjoyed a wonderful time in this small but well equipped bach. It suited our small, young family and we were thrilled with the location which was just a short walk to the beach/bay.) A recommended place to stay!

Beautiful place in a stunning location. Warm, cozy, and all facilities you could need. Easy to get in and easy to get out! Also super close to a stunning coastal walk where you can spot seals, boats and more!

Property was easy to find and had everything we needed.
Level of cleanliness was below par (dead bugs everywhere, peanuts throughout the second bedroom, needs a deep clean), owner offered another night for free which we won't use as we won't be going through again any time soon.
