I didnot get the room service at all. On check in there was no towel. Finally get it after 2 times asking for it.

Very dissatisfied, especially because I checked in late and didn't check everything. I only found that there were no toiletries. I felt that I had stayed in a room that was not taken care of before. I found out the next day that the door lock can't be locked, and the door can be opened at any time outside. The kettle was very dirty, and even the air conditioner leaked.

Dirty and stained sheet and pillowcase. Horrible customer service. Poor communication through phone texts. we asked to check in early because of our flight but there wasnt any response at all. no ventilation in the bathroom. stinky smell in the bathroom lasted the whole stay

our room floor could have been swept lots of Asian hair remained. other than that was clean

Good location, room is spacious. Good view, staffs are available 24/7.

Furniture was old, and shows clear sign of worn. Some electrical stuffs barely worked. Bath tub was a bit rusty, very slow and inconsistent water flow. Noise will be a big problem if youre on lower floor (our room was floor 7 and we could hear the traffic clearly. We had to request cleaning in the 2nd day as staff "forgot" to do so.

Well behaved staff and good location of the property.

English speaking staff should be there if expecting tourists. Also the room size was small and felt claustrophobic.

This is not normal tourist hotel, but looks local love hotel. The organization is poor management with no English speaking staff, no cleaning no change for towels for 3 nights, dirty & smelly bathroom, bed making ; not comfortable , further some street girls stay at front .

There was not much to like about this property, except the location.

Where to begin - Even though we booked the hotel in advance (2 days) they did not have a room available for us and we had to wait up to 45 mins for them to “clean” one. The hotel is also deemed a love hotel, with a strong emphasis on sex (which is not advertised) - The staff were incredibly unhelpful. The room was dirty (chicken curry food stains all over the floor). Bathroom was also dirty. Mosquitos in the room. Our passports were taken by the front desk and just left openly lying there until we came back that evening. We asked to have them back immediately as we did not feel safe leaving them there. ALSO - Upon checkout the hotel receptionist tried to charge us 100K VND for a towel that we had used. When we said no, he said he would not charge us if we leave a 5 star review and tried to make us write this review in front of him. Be wary of all the 5 star reviews you see on this hotel as it not even worthy of a 1 star.

The rooms with the bath tubs are gorgeous. There are also bubble liquid available for purchase to use with your bath tubs. Wifi works well. Centrally located. The AC worked exceptionally well as it was very cold. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly but they didn’t speak much English. The fridge wasn’t working.
