Great location and property. Loved the local area and beach bars. Swimming off the rocks along the coast path was wonderful. Collection of keys very easy.

The pool was good, the bed was comfortable

There were no curtains so we had to buy eye masks on our second day, the blinds were simply not good enough it was broad day light! Our apartment (4) was not the same as in the images that we booked! NONE of the images were of the apartment we actually stayed in!! We had a separate lounge with no aircon and the most uncomfortable sofa so an entirely pointless and useless room. There were 2 wardrobes (1 in the lounge!) and only 2 coat hangers - reception did sort this the same day. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and the kitchen was minuscule - only a very unsafe place to plug in the kettle (with the cable across the sink!) No worktop space in the kitchen for preparing food. It was impossible to contact reception when the taxi they arranged for us didn’t turn up to take us to the port for our pre-booked trip to Venice. very stressful indeed.

The apartment was beautiful. We had 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, a good kitchen and air conditioning. There was even a washing machine. The location was great. A quiet resort where you definitely need a car, especially as you pick the keys up a few km away at the hotel reception then need to drive around the bay. There were very responsive to my questions via booking. Com messaging too.

All the restaurants and facilities, except the little supermarket were cash only.... This is not a fault of the villa, but definitely with knowing in advance.

only had one air conditioning unit in the lounge, which wasn’t particularly effective. nothing in bedrooms so was quite hot when trying to sleep.

The receptionists were both very nice a tried to solve all our problems. The pool was nice and clean.

Price versus quality was poor. The hotel is on the other side of a bay than the reception so any problem you have, you have to go back few kilometers or call. First we got a basement room with almost no light and the lock didnt work. Than the nice receptionist gave us another, a bit better apartment. There were no towels and the bed was not made properly. We also didnt get a parking place the first day even we order it. The street is very noisy and we couldnt sleep without ear plugs but that isnt fault of the hotel, it is neighbours and other guests. Maybe if the hotel was not so expensive, we wouldnt be so dissapointed by all that.

The pool is excellent, spacious apartment, modern, lovely balcony, near to beach and a few restaurants. Responded quickly to communications. Cleaners very helpful.

A few little things broken - kettle, shower and outside light. safe was not working and was not fixed during our stay as reception and check in at alternative address a few miles away. No facility on site to leave luggage. Communal bbq was right outside our bedroom so quite noisy when others using it and had to move clothes that were drying. Apartment above let to large group of youngsters - could have been an issue and quite loud music being played round pool as we left.

Pool is amazing, there is a beach 3 mins walking and a very nice beach bar 5 mins walking from the apartment. Best part about this apartment is the manager Drazen who made sure we have everything we need, gave us tips about Pula and the surrounding area, fixed any issue we had in 30 mins and was generally always available. 10/10 would and will come back again
