Very nice villa, we stayed in the top floor apartment. Huge terrace with sea view. Spacious, up to 6 people. The host is very friendly. She gave us lots of towels, also a cot and a feeding chair for our 1yr-old. There is a full kitchen with all the dishes and cooking equipment, dish soap, salt, oil, so we cooked most of our meals. The beach is a few steps away and it is gorgeous, sand is very nice for families with kids. The water pressure and temperature in both bathrooms are great, in the kitchen you have to wait a bit for the water to get warm and the filter on the faucet needs to be cleaned. There are lots of cabinets and shelf space in all rooms.

The furniture and dishes are a bit old. The matress in the smaller bedroom is very uncomfortable and makes noise every time you turn. Some of the glasses were crooked (one fell apart in my hands) and so were both long chairs on the terrace and one of the dining room chairs. A separate story is noise. Do not go there if you like your vacation quiet. There were 3 (!!!) dogs in the apartment below us and they barked pretty much all day and all night. The neighbors in nearby buildings are also pretty loud, either yelling or fixing something with power tools. And there are lots and lots of fireworks in the town of Forio, we saw them 4 nights out of 7 at least. The first couple of times it was entertaining, but then, okay, maybe enough?)) Especially when they started after midnight and lasted for half an hour. I mean, I like fireworks as much as the next person, but that was overkill.

The location is brilliant, the apartment was very clean and well thought out, it had everything we needed. The garden was lovely and private and peaceful. The pictures of the property and the beach don’t do it justice as I felt it looked nicer in real life. the beach is beautiful and perfect for kids as very calm and shallow water, also very clean. The walk into Forio isn’t far and is a lovely walk. We loved it here!

The first night the neighbours dogs barked a lot, but after that they rarely disturbed us and were no bother. The kitchen is very small (Cocco property) but has plenty of storage space, just lacks preparation space but there is a dining table if needed. There are plenty of places to eat nearby though!

Loved the location! Beach front and great area , restaurants all within short walk of the spacious home. Spa Close by. Excellent value. Adriana met us at the house and explained everything very well- very hospitable and thorough with explaining the house and surrounding area. The house suited our needs. May was unseasonably rainy, so we didn't enjoy the beach across the street, but walked along the beach front and met the locals. Grocery store nearby and good prices considering everything is imported from the mainland. Restaurants were excellent! Francesco the cab driver that drove us to the port after our stay, was so very helpful with our Ferry ride. Will definitely go back to Ischia!

Unfortunately, Downstairs below the house, three nieghbors dogs were left oustide all day and night and constantly barked around the clock if you went on to the back terrace-2 am, 6 am,12 pm ,5 pm or 8 pm. When ever we tried to go on the beautiful terrace. It was constant until you went back inside. Cats were also around and setting the dogs off in the middle of the night. Not sure who owned them,but, as dog lovers we felt terrible that they were left outside and looking for human attention. Barking woke up adults and children in middle of the night. 😞 Maybe they aren't there all the time, so ask about "le cane" when you book The house supplies the linen closet for your stay. It is in desperate need of new bath/hand towels and if you go to the beach, you may have to bring your own beach towels, as we saw none for the beach use. The house does provide towels and linens.

Prefect location, right in front of the beach (without beach view) and a very beautiful small garden (at the Coco property). The host were super nice and provided cots and towels for the toddlers, also natural and sparkling water was already in the flat as well as basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). The free public beach is literally 1.5 min walk with additional beaches with rentable sunbeds also not further away. Again the hosts were super nice, helpful with lots of advice and tips - can highly recommend this place. The interior is done very basic (IKEA mostly) which is ideal if you have small kids, but it does not give you a luxury feeling - if that's something you're after.

The location is fantastic! The beach is right across the road, and it’s only a 5-10 minute walk into Forio and to the port. There’s a bus stop on the main road, also only minutes away, where you can catch the bus to Ischia Port, Sant Angelo, Casamicciola… which is really handy. The property itself has 2 terraces/balconies meaning there is always shad somewhere to sit and enjoy the sea view.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Host met us at the hotel. She was very helpful and talked through all the property features and stayed with us until we were happy with everything. Also gave tips for local amenities.

It was our second visit here, however we were upstairs last time as we booked for 3 Adults. This year we were downstairs which isn't much smaller but we missed the beautiful seaview from upstairs. A short walk along the beach front ( lovely 15 min walk ) and you are in the centre of Forio. Fish mongers 5 min walk away for those who like to cook your own fresh seafood. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay. William & Imma ( Scotland)

Only one very minor thing, the cork screw was broken, however I am very sure it would have been replaced immediately if we called the host who stays 5 mins away and was very friendly and helpful, however we improvised and got the bottle opened without imposing on the host.
