A perfect place to stay if you are looking to enjoy some fishing or a lake day at one of the nearby rivers or reservoirs. The variety of table games are perfect for the end of the day. Everything was wonderful!

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The only complaint was that It did appear online that it was more secluded. But it is not. Other than that the stay was great! The only other thing was that the baby gate was missing a connector to the wall. We found it but the screw was stripped and we had no way to fix it.

We had the best week utilizing this wonderfully family friendly home as a launch point into RMNP. The host was very responsive and we loved the access to beautiful trails and even a local rodeo nearby. This is a great property.

This property is super clean, spacious and has everything a family could need from infants to adults. We have a large family eitb severe animal allergies. Finding reasonably priced pet free properties is tricky. This one was fantastic. We enjoyed the amazing views. The kitchen and deck are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The location is close to great outdoor activities. We hiked around Monarch Lake and paddle boarded at Rainbow Bay on Lake Granby. Both were 15 -30 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are super close too. We will definitely be back to this property, it exceeded our expectations.

This house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely after a cold day out skiing and the kitchen was large enough to fit everyone. The games in the basement were great and there were a large number of rooms so everyone could have their own bed. I would definitely rent this place again!

The house was great and very roomy! We loved the game room! The only problem we had was the master bedroom, we couldn’t get the heat to work but we bundle under the blankets. I really was excited about the fans. We carry a fan everywhere we go. I would put that on your page. The owners were quick to respond with emails! Great place!!!

This house is great for a family with kids/teens to keep them entertained while being inside with the fun game room. Just wished it had king beds instead of queen bed. Could add extra bath towels and kitchen towels. Had a great time!

It definitely lived up to it's name as a home away from home. Everyone had a bed and plenty of room to lounge and spread out. It was super comfy. The kitchen has all you need and the grocery store close by was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the teens loved the game room.

We enjoyed our stay at your home very much. As parents of little children, we appreciated how many child-friendly additions were included such as boosters, highchair, toddler bedrails, step stools, and games, movies and toys. Mom and dad were able to relax and enjoy our time away just as much. We hope to return and stay again soon.

I had to knock down the overall experience because of the carbon monoxide leak inside. It was very bad for the people staying on the floor. I called VRBO and they were going to pay for a hotel for the next 2 night. It’s hard to pack up 8 people and just move into a hotel for 1 full day. Especially when we had everything at the cabin. I reached out to the owner and maintenance did come by.

It was a nice place to stay for a large family weekend away, but I feel like the place is missing a little TLC. There was a lot of overgrown brush around the front of the house. There was trash in the back near the hot tub. There was a broken outdoor umbrella on the porch when we arrived. There was a broken toilet paper holder in one of the upstairs bathrooms. There was a lot of stuff in the kitchen, but it was missing some essentials like a sponge and dish soap. There were some things that had dead batteries in them. There were extra cots but we couldn't find bedding for them Small things like that. But overall, it was enjoyable.

It was a nice house/cabin. I might have assumed the room situation was different, but that is on us. Upon cleaning at check out, we were unable to find other trash bags. I think the checkin/out notebook could be updated as well. There were no soaps/shampoo/bathroom supplies in the lower bathroom. Frustrating. It would be nice if the shampoo/soaps would be out on the counters to see. I also think the lower deck with the picnic table and hot tub could've been cleaned up. LOTS of weeds. Little disappointing upon check in. overall it was nice. I would probably wait to stay again if and after some additional attention to the property. Thanks!!

Our family had a great time at this property. We really loved the flow of the space that allowed for some separation between our different family groups. The property manager was super responsive and able to help us resolve a smoke detector issue that popped up while we stayed there. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at this wonderful home with 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 3-14. This home includes toys, games and activities that appease all age ranges. Very clean and well maintained. The town of Granby has a great small town feel with a lot to offer and is close to all kinds of attractions and events. We would highly recommend checking out the Train Museum around the corner.

9 of us including 5 adults and 4 teens had a great time at the Granby home. The game room and hot tub were fun. The house layout was comfortable. We enjoyed drives north and south for hiking and fishing. The owners were very helpful and responsive

We really loved this property! For starters, the pictures of the house really don’t do it justice, although I was a little nervous before we got there based on those. It was very close to Winter Park (about 17-20 minutes) but a bit more secluded-feeling. The view in winter was absolutely beautiful behind the house, and the hill out back is perfect for some gentle sledding/snow activities. The hot tub and game room were both a hit with the kids although the air hockey had taken a bit of a beating (not surprising!). The kitchen is of ample size and has lots of cookware which we used almost every night. The dishwasher is not secured to the counter, so it slides out every time you try to open it (a simple fix). The kitchen faucet also doesn’t work well and should be replaced. The carpets are very clean feeling and do not seem old at all. The heated floor is a great touch, but made keeping the temperature low enough for us to sleep well a bit of a challenge even when following the directions given. Some of the window treatments were a bit dated and had some water stains in places. The check in instructions were good, but make sure you write them down in case you don’t have cellular data available. The Wi-Fi password written in the paper copy of the check in instructions is useless because the capital S looks like a 5 but it’s actually a lower case S (might also be good to update the paper checkin materials since they are from 2019). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Katy's place. Not only were they so gracious as to make an exception and allow us early check-in, but the place was squeaky clean, the location and views were unmatched, the house was well appointed, the game room was spectacular and kept us entertained, and lastly but not least, we enjoyed the hot tub. I highly recommend Kevin and Katy's place and I would without any reservations book this place again.

Two families shared the house for a week. We encountered a few minor issues and these were sorted out extremely quickly. The house has great space, tons of beds, a fun game room. We skied at Winter Park and Steamboat. Perfect winter vacation home!!
