Muy buena ubicacion en pleno centro a pie de todo. Estaba muy limpio y calentito.

It is a nice, big apartment in the heart of the city of Rovaniemi which makes it easy to reach everywhere in town. I enjoyed my stay the only little inconvenience is lack of washing machine.

only location we had two cars and could easily find parking places free of charge nearby. So, parking is not an issue.

Appartment is relatively cold Freezer and rooms were dirty

Excellent position, 5 minutes walking from the city center and the bus stop, 100 m far from the taxi station and a shopping center. Simple check in and check out. Very large apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Very comfortable beds. We obtained a late check out without extra fare.

The big problem of the apartment is the bathroom: the shower drain is under the sink but it doesn't work at all. After a 3 minutes shower the floor is completely flooded and the water goes out of the door, you can't use the toilet or the sink for at least 2 hours after the shower and it's not possible to have more than one shower a time (big problem for a family of 4) or to have a long shower (e.g. to have the hair washed). Not acceptable.

The location was great, the space was also great, kitchen was well equipt and also clean. (also there was a TV as previous comments stated no TV)

The shower, it was OK but you had to bring the water to the drain under the sink using a squeegy. Would not put me off using the apartment again though!

The location is great and the apartment has everything one could ask for, even spices and toilet paper were present!

The water in the shower doesn't drain properly, as a result, you get a small bath around the toilet area. .

We enjoyed almost everything about this property, unfortunately due to the cold weather we weren’t able to make use of the balcony. :( but that’s fine as we enjoyed our day trips out. The space was great as we have a toddler who needs space to move around, and the fact the the kitchen was separate from the rest of the apartment it made cooking so much easier, on that note the kitchen as well stocked with equipment and break ware which allows you to cook a full family meal.

The bathroom was a little let down as the shower broom didn’t work sufficiently and it left a lot of water after sweeping. Traveling with a toddler a washer would have been great, unfortunately we had to make use of the laundry facility which was located across the road in the mall, but it came with a price as we paid EUR 10 per load of washing which becomes expensive.
